I was here recently and the service was horrible! We got some ditty middle aged woman that was slow, incompetent and non-​acknowledging. We ordered the chicken wings because that was a daily special. The presentation was Awful, the blue cheese dressing didn’t taste like blue cheese and the plate it was served on had 3 big chips out of it. I will attempt to post a pic. The double crust pizza was all dough and little toppings. The Diet Coke tasted like Coke (I still think they had them hooked up to the wrong dispenser.) On our way out we had to walk right past 4 employees standing by the door chit chatting and not one of them said Thank you… Most likely I will not be back unless it’s to drink a few beers. Very unfortunate!

We have been coming here for years. It is a good location, can always get a table, food was good and so was the service.
Unfortunately, we may not come back. The service had been terrible. They have seemed to have forgotten that the customer service does matter and there are many other choices in the area.
We have ordered the steak nachos 50+ times and they have been awesome. With the expansion, and apparently, new ovens, they can’t seem to figure out how to melt cheese. The nachos consistently come out with unmelted cheese and they are put off if you ask for it to be melted. Why would you serve chips with just shredded cheese? Their excuse are «the new ovens» but after hearing this excuse five times, we question their dedication to delivery quality food and a good experience for their guests.
The worse offense is a server rolling her eyes at you and displaying attitude you wouldn’t tolerate from a four year old.
To management, please consider kitchen staff training on food preparation and customer service skill training for the front of the house. Until then, we will enjoy melted cheese elsewhere.

Fun atmosphere, great service and Wow! The best steak nachos! I love how they section off the ingredients since I am a «ratio» perfectionist. We thoroughly enjoyed them and the 2 of us could not finish the whole thing. We will be back to try the tavern fries next!

I was there this week during their «GRAND REOPENING», January 18, 2016. We all ordered burgers of some sort. Mine was a Turkey Burger. It was made from ground turkey breast, well seasoned and at least ¹⁄₃ pound. Very good sandwich. The fries were hot and good. We all thought the food was enjoyable. The best part was the service. Unobtrusive, and very friendly. They were there when we wanted something and invisible when we just wanted to visit. Like they had ESP.
At the table next to us, two people were dining on the largest pizza I have ever seen, It was almost three inches thick and dripping with cheese. I bet it could have fed at least six, maybe eight hungry people. Judging by the expressions on the faces of the people, it was as good as it looked. Next time, that’s what I’m going to order.

I’ve gone here twice recently and wanted to wait to make a review. Both times I asked my server for recommendations and received nothing and got the answer of «everything is good». That’s not helpful at all with a menu that has over 50 items.
The first time I got the buffalo chicken wrap and my Mom got a hotdog. Simple enough, right? Wrong. My wrap was vacant of blu cheese completely and maybe there was some watery ranch, but including tell because I was too focused on my Mom complaining that her hotdog was still frozen in the center. Not cold… frozen! Come on guys– it’s a hotdog! How do you screw that up?!
The second time I went I went on a date and we had a waitress who was over every 5 mins asking if we needed anything, which can be as annoying as not having a server at all… Especially on a date! We got a pizza and though good was quite expensive and underwhelming.
Unless this place gets white table cloths and napkins, I don’t see a reason for the outrageous pricing. Also. Cut back on the crazy menu and maybe they can keep up with food consistency and quality.

Ordered a deep dish pizza for work. Pizza took awhile to get here but thats ok the taste of the pizza was amazing! Would definitely recommend! They have a hugeeee menu as well!

Ordered from here quite a few times. Last time, I ordered French onion soup and chicken sandwich. There was a piece of coiled tin or foil in the French onion soup. The cheese was not melted at all. Then, my chicken sandwich was so tough. I could barely bite into pieces of it. It said there was supposed to be mayo on it and there wasn’t. It was way over cooked. Prolly won’t order here again.

We came here because our favorite place was closed… the only reason the review isn’t one star is because our service was *sort-​of* good… our server seemed like she was new, so I can take it with a grain of salt. The food is the huge loser here… (maybe we were because we ate it…) Three of us had salads, the dressings were gross, obviously bottled and bland, I feel that if you use bottle dressing, at least buy something that doesn’t taste like crap. The lettuce was so wet, that the plates had puddles of water in them. The marinara sauce on the chicken parm sandwich was also pretty bad, bottled and bland again… I hate to waste a meal, so we won’t be back… I guess this place spent all of the money on remodeling and forgot that having decent food is important.

Ordered Vodka cranberry with vodka. Manager refused to replace. So ordered water. Lol. Food was ok n

My family and friends have been eating here for years and the food and service has always been amazing.
Recently the expanded so we we excited to check out the new menu and look.
Disappointment!
The place looks great, the food was amazing as usual but the service has gone to hell.
–our waiter was in a hurry to get our order,
–made us ask for water or a dtink
–after I found 5 sets of dirty silverware at the table he just dropped off another and left leaving a bandaid that fell off his neck on the table
–never checked on us after our food came
–had to get another server to tell him to bring the check
To many other details to go into.
To bad. use to love the place.

Love the pizza here! Thin crust, pan and Chicago style are my favorites! They always have plenty of cheese as well.
I have ordered a few different sandwiches before for delivery and all were fantastic! Pastas were a bit too saucy, however great for leftovers. Panzerotti’s and Calzones are enough for about three meals. Portions are huge all around.
Love this place honestly! Consistent and fantastic food. Yay!

I feel conflicted on this review… i think the thin crust pizza is really good. We live in the area and get it often. Never an issue with the pizza. However had the buffalo chicken salad and was by far the worst ive ever had. Huge chunks of lettuce, it looked like there was no buffalo sauce on it. It was watery and a weird brown color with an awful taste. Stick to pizza and avoid salad!

Avoid this place at all costs and save yourself much money and grief.
Ordered delivery and the only good thing that happened was the order was here in 30 minutes. I tried to pay for a $ 50 order with three 20 dollar bills. The driver was unable to give me $ 5 in change after a $ 5 tip. I made him go back to the bar to get me change. When he arrived back, he looked all butt hurt I made him do his job. I delivered pizza for 3 years and not carrying at least $ 5 to make change is unforgivable.
Now, on to the food. Evidently, Randall Roadhouse hasn’t figured out that hot food left to sit in plastic containers with no ventilation results in everything being incredibly soggy. Completely ruined the meal. I could literally wring out the pita for my Gyro «Platter». It didn’t help the mushy tomato slices were placed under the other food in the container. Food portions were nothing special for the exorbitant price. Speaking of the price…
The total for my fiancé and I came to $ 50 for 2 entrée’s and 2 appetizers. This is as much as a meal at Biaggi’s costs and they are a real restaurant, not a dive sports bar in a dead strip mall. I gave this cesspool a chance based on the positive reviews. Last time I’ll make that mistake.

I gave it 2 stars just because the server was friendly & sweet, but the food is not good. With that being said, don’t go in with expectations & Oo they are very eXpensive for the quality & the area.

We love having the RRH about a mile down the street. Our agency orders food for delivery every week. Good salads and wraps. The pizza is great — real Chicago style pizza. It’s great for business appointments too.

I have been going to and ordering out from Randall Roadhouse for a decade now and never had a bad meal.
The pizza is to die for, I never bother ordering anywhere else.
My entire family can fill up for dinner on their nacho plate, it’s got everything from guac to salsa to olives to tomatoes with chicken, steak or ground beef add-​ins. Seriously SO good.
It’s a sports bar, it’s loud, and sometimes crowded, but always good food and a good time!

My husband and I were looking for a fish fry and came across Randall Roadhouse. At the time we had given up on a fish fry and had just decided to try their food for the first time. They had an all you can eat fish fry so we decided to try it. The fish was tasty. Not greasy and you could actually taste the fish. Great tasting cole slaw and fries completed the meal. In addition the staff was friendly and we had a great waitress. We would eat there again.

Used to love going here but they changed a lot. They have great pizza (double dough) and their nachos and cheese fries are crazy good. Mostly because of the portions. But they got rid of their golden tee machine and put in the gaming systems. It’s also kind of a drive unless you live near by. If you like pizza and a bunch of deer heads and fish on the walls then this is the place for you.

Awesome service, 15 minute wait time. Great food I had chicken finger wrap my boyfriend had eggs Benedict and we split chocolate chip banana pancakes!!!
Pancakes were to die for !

Our house so we go here more times than not just because it is. The food is pretty good (especially the pizza). The selection on the menu is huge. I believe they are over priced on most things except for the pizza. Usually there is a wait so most time we just carry out the pizza.
