The quality of the coffee is good. It is always very hot and they prepare it the way I request it. What I do not like is the fact that they don’t acknowledge me with something as simple as a smile or a thank you as they take my credit card for payment. They are too busy taking the other customer’s order and trying to just get rid of me from their drive thru line. I understand speed is an important factor in providing customer service, but they need to say thank you and make eye contact when the customer is at the drive thru window. I was surprised when Ashley, a manager at that Dunkin, didn’t say a word or even looked at me. I asked her for sugar, and didn’t even give me a stirrer. I asked her for a stirrer, and she started to look frustrated. What type of manager did they hire? Very poor customer service.

This location is on my way to work. I stop here probably 3 out of 5 days a week on my way in, and I’ve been doing so since they opened. It’s been a while.
Before today I would have rated 5 stars, the service is great, they are fast, and everything tastes good. However, after finding a dead creepy crawler in my iced coffee this morning after almost drinking all of it, I’m super grossed out.
I’m not sure about the cleanliness inside this place, as I’ve never been inside (I always use the drive through). I’m hoping this was an isolated incident, and not something that’s happened here before. Either way, yuck.

Don’t let the fact that it’s in a gas station stop you from coming here. It’s actually one of the better Dunkin Donuts In the area. In the mornings it’s kinda busy but the staff does a pretty good job of keeping the product quality good and the wait times for to a minimum. Both the donuts and drinks are excellent!

I was deeply underwhelmed — the server did not acknowledge that the order had been heard through the drive through intercom, cut me off when I tried to finish my order at the window and my coffee was too sweet to drink. Very bad experience on Saturday April 19 at about 5:20 am.

America runs on Dunkin. This much is true. This location popped with the Shell on the corner of Gary and North Avenue. It was really nice how everything was brand new. This place will get a lot of traffic for people traveling on Route 64/​North Ave! They have a Drive Thru, too!
