Chappel’s Heating & Cooling

My heating system was taking water in the heat ducts, this created mold and much condensation in my home. I lived with it for 2 years (as one mechanical person suggested) and then decided it was very unhealthy. I called on 4 different HVAC companies to take a look and decided to go with Chappel. I am very glad I did. They were a little higher in the pricing dept, BUT the quality of work and customer service is unbeatable. Dwight was the very professional first person I was introduced to. He explained everything to me in detail that would be done and I am so much more knowledgeable today about my heating system. Phil was amazing in his dedication to making my brand new heating system work! It looked to me as if he were putting a puzzle together, trying to fit all the pieces just right! And I cannot leave Sue out! She was superb with her customer service and helped with some small issues… I would recommend them highly!

I have been using Chappel’s for seven years after my HVAC guy in the city recommended them when we moved to the suburbs. They are very professional and friendly. They have kept my 22– and 17-​year old AC units working perfectly! Sergio is very friendly and does a great job.

Chappel Heating and Cooling is the best. They are always dependable and responsive when needed. I have had Sergio as the service technician several times. He has been so knowledgeable and helpful that I now request him to do the maintenance on my furnace & AC. I highly recommend Chappel. We have used their services for 17 years. I can’t imagine any better company. Their integrity & expertise is unmatched.

On the recommendation of my maintenance man (aka as my Dad) I’ve been scheduled for regular «cleans and checks» with Chappel’s for the last several years. Just before Christmas they came out to look at my furnace. I called my Dad on the way home to see how it went (I usually forget to look at my filter until they are on their way to check it :(…but usually it still goes really well.)
He asked if I wanted the good news or the bad. (The good was unrelated… he set up my Christmas tree while he was here.) The bad news was that I had a crack in my heat exchanger and would need a new furnace before Christmas. Let’s just say I didn’t expect Santa would be bringing one by.
Chappel sent out Dwight to talk me thru the process, really look over my house to determine what I would need and set me up to get this fixed as promptly as possible. He even brought his laptop with a picture of my crack… not that I would have recognized it but someone with knowledge about these things probably would have appreciated it. I know its been a mild winter so far but I was glad for professionalism and punctuality to get this unfortunate situation remedied.
