Great service repairing a stuck float and giving advice on filter upgrades and improvements. Work was done quickly, and we have had no problems with the system since (1+year). Very easy to deal with, very professional and friendly, and great rates. Couldn’t ask for more, and got much less when dealing with other septic companies.

The septic pump went out in our tank. I booked a company 2 days out for an appointment window of 8am-​noon. Then I got a call from that company stating they were VERY behind. Not good seeing as how it had already been 3 days since our pump died.
I called Jerry and got him immediately. I let him know I needed a new pump. I gave him some model info initially and he called back with an estimate. His quote was HALF of a competitor’s and used a better product. He wasn’t sure he’d have anyone available for a same day repair, but said tomorrow was definitely do-​able.
Unfortunately, there was a communication error and we didn’t get to use his services. The tech showed up at our house the same day, but I didn’t realize they were coming (we weren’t home). His tech explained that they were getting the proper replacement parts needed for my job.
Super impressed that they went above and beyond to get me taken care of and squeeze me in for a same day appointment. The estimate was also very reasonable. I wish they had called before heading to my home so I’d know to expect them, but I’d definitely use this company for future septic needs.

I interviewed many septic companies to make sure I was getting the full story of all my options. Jerry Murphy at Active Sept Solutions was referred to me by Warranty Septic/​Bill owner (who was also great). Jerry gave me phase one, phase two and phase three options. He did not try to replace my whole system. He was the only one who asked to see my water bill to see how much water I was really using — and if I was maxing out my system. I am putting in the «timer» which may fix my system within a year, and if not, next year I will re-​do the mound for a reasonable price compared to others. What I also liked is that he could do the ELECTRICAL part of putting in a timer. The other people wanted me to figure that out/​arrange it. The other people wanted me to find my lids which were buried!!! I needed one person to do it all, make my life easy and be conservative. Jerry was all that. As a bonus, he returned calls, showed up on time, and has a great personality. His team was polite and pleasant as well. Jerry did all the extra’s to make sure there were no stresses or inconveniences during the process. I am so happy to have had a good septic repair experience and to feel confident in referring Jerry at Active Septic Solutions to friends and family. THANKS Jerry!!!
