We worked with this company through a third party seller. The third party was fine, but this guy was a nightmare. He was supposed to overnight a sample mug, which never came, and then he was supposed to send 500 mugs by Tuesday of one week and 1500 by that Friday. The first 500 came on Wednesday and 25% of them were terrible. The sublimation process is not an exact science, but these mugs were in no way okay to give to our clients. Some of the images were ripped before heat pressing into the mug, some came out extremely blurry, and some came out double-printed. It was nearly impossible to get a tracking number for the other 1500, but when we finally did we found out that the ones that were supposed to come Friday would not be coming until the next Thursday. When we received the shipment on Thursday, we only received 1300 mugs. After spending a whole day of QA, we complained that hundreds of mugs were in the same terrible quality as the first batch, and we asked for these mugs to be replaced. They refunded our money but left us with about 600 bad mugs to donate locally, and refused to reprint any more. He said our design was too intricate, which he did not once indicate when taking on our job. The quality of the«good» mugs were in no way equivalent to the quality of other mugs we ended up getting done at a local printer or the mugs we were able to get from a different place in California. Print Nerd’s mugs were over-saturated and tinted red. This guy wasted the time of everyone involved and was not upfront or honest about any of the shipping issues.
