Went here for a massage recently. You walk in and they immediately ask for payment. I didn’t know how to tip before service which was weird. I was then walked into a room and and door shut behind me. No instructions of anything. I waited for about 15 minutes and the lady that came in gave a great massage and that was the stars. The atmosphere sucked and there needs to be music and a better ambiance even if it’s a low budget massage. Not sure I’ll go back it was just too weird for me and considering it should be relaxing the fact they don’t speak English makes it hard.

I live close by and wanted a massage. The place is very semi-impersonal and the atmosphere awkward the Asian ladies were all Stereotypically unable to speak proper English and when my incredible $ 6090 minute massage was over three Asian Ladies surrounded me and blocked the exit and started Speaking in broken English about how the massage was Good and pointed to a Gratuity sign and the whole experience was ruined and I am unsure if I will ever go back, they got another $ 20 out of me in order to shut them up and get the out of there. Incredibly awkward.

My experience at Cedar Springs was on a Saturday with two of my girlfriends for a bridal party. Once we walked in, it was very dark and awkward. The employees there don’t speak a word of English which was very frustrating, but they’re very friendly. When we were escorted to our room, the hallway was so dark and it was awkwardly quiet… we honestly were super scared and wanted to turn around and run away. lol… I don’t think they had any customers there at all… But once we got our massage… Let me say… It was AMAZING!!! They know what their doing. They added on a quick Whole Body Massage along with our Foot Flexology Massage for free! Which was really nice and relaxing. My back was cracked in places I never knew could be cracked, and I felt GREAT afterwards. If you want a great massage with an awkward atmosphere. This is the place!!!

I’ve had two massages at Cedar Springs and have to say that the massages were excellent therapy for my back, hips and legs. The masseuse’s were attentive and willing to make sure that they got the«knots» out. A little language barrier but able to get point across without much effort. The facilities are clean, rooms are spacious and tables are always made-up. Have not used anything other than massage room and the shower, which is large(just what I wish I had at home). I highly recommend this spa for legitimate therapeutic massage.

This a new massage spa located adjacent to a chiropractor’s office. There appears to be plenty of parking. The entrance to Cedar Springs is located at the rear of the building, and this is marked with plenty of signage. When I entered, I was immediately impressed with the décor. The reception area is spacious and nicely decorated. There are comfortable seats for waiting, and the overall ambiance is really quite pleasant. The hostess is cordial and attractive, and immediately makes you feel comfortable. The quality of the décor and the construction suggest a significant investment accompanied by good taste. This is a strictly legitimate therapeutic massage center; the kind of place to which you can bring your spouse and feel at ease. The massage rooms are expansive and well appointed, and each room has its own music source. They also provide a sauna, hot tub, and shower. My massage therapist was cordial, clean, and personable. She gave an excellent massage and was very responsive to my requests and suggestions. Overall, I rank Cedar Springs among the best therapeutic massage places I have visited. I think both men and women can enjoy Cedar Springs equally well. The rates are reasonable($ 50. for one hour and $ 35. for ½ hour). I’m very impressed and give this establishment high praise and fully intend to return.
