A place that has it all for the baker of cakes, pastries, etc. You as a layman will enjoy the specailty tools and flours etc used in pastries, cakes, and other delightful morsels.
It is not fancy, but the staff can help you find anything!

Came here to get supplies for my beginning baking class. This place was super organized. I was looking for specific tip numbers and they had each tip size in its own organizer drawer. I went to a different store prior to this and they basically threw all the tips in random drawers. I’m happy I came here. The worker or owner (I’m not sure) knew his stuff when I came in and happily answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back when I need more baking supplies.

I have been shopping at Cake Castle since the 80’s. They have everything one needs for baking and candy making. They carry things, that no one else in town does! When I needed a certain Guittard Chocolate, they had that too. Their prices are fair. In a world where Wal Mart has driven out sooo many family owned businesses, it is so nice to shop at a place that is locally owned and operated, and carries everything!
