First time stopping in today after passing by many many times! We decided to give the smoothies a try-I had the powernator and my roommate had the hulk! Being our first time in we were a little overwhelmed by the menu but one of the employees was great and took the time to give us a run down and share his favorite smoothie! There is no joke you can definitely taste the kale in the hulk but it’s done the right way! I loved the powernator and personally think it has a stronger banana presence which I love in smoothies. We will definitely be back to try a bowl!

As far as acai bowls go, this is as good as it gets. I wish it was a little speedier, but I can wait if it means you are making it fresh and this was fresh. No brown bananas, no mushy fruit, just fresh, delicious fruit, crunchy granola, healthy great choice.

Ordered the vitality bowl. It was topped with fresh bananas and strawberries. Good quality. Would definitely come back.

I wasn’t at all impressed. staff seemed like they were guessing on the health properties and the acai mix was like eating ice. It was expensive enough that I managed to eat it but it was almost too cold to taste anything but the cold.

This is my juice spot in Carmel! Friendly service, good selection, and they have great acai bowls! Wish they would open up at 7 or 8 instead of 9 am though. Give them a shot if you want to eat healthy! Great little spot!

If you haven’t jumped on the acai bowl craze, you should. These bowls are crazy good for you, but delicious as well. They’re essentially fruit smoothies with fruit and grains on top. They’re packed with antioxidants and protein(if you want), with no added sugar. They’re a bit pricey(about $ 9 for a medium and $ 11 for large), however you are buying very quality and fresh food. My bowl was only 300 calories which is incredible for a fulfilling meal. The girl behind the counter looked like a hired-high-schooler, however she knew her ish! We had so many questions and she came to our table once we were eating and answered our questions, explained all the ingredient options to us, and helped us compare our bowls. I was super impressed by how knowledgable and friendly she was. We came around dinner time too, which i didn’t think would be a popular time, but there were about four other groups there too. I only gave it four stars because I couldn’t afford this place on the daily(college student) and because they I want them to always have an employee at the counter. When we walked in, there was no one back there. However, when we walked closer up, an employee saw us and came out of the back room. Check this place out for yourself!

I’ve been to Vitality Bowls twice — the first time with my parents for brunch to try an acai bowl because they looked amazing, and the second time because I was nearby and hungry and got a bowl to go. Most of the bowls are somewhat similar but all sound great — they’re basically a smoothie in a bowl with tasty toppings. I got the Warrior Bowl first and the Detox Bowl the second time(because both have greens and I don’t eat enough greens). Both were delicious, but I think I liked the Warrior Bowl a little better, it just had some more complex and interesting flavors going on. I only had to wait about 10 minutes to get my to-go order, as it wasn’t too busy. I’ve gotten the Medium bowl both times and it’s huge, especially when you’re eating something frozen that you’ll take your time on, it’s very filling and I felt great afterwards. It’s a bit pricey and takes longer than I would expect if it’s at all busy, otherwise Vitality Bowls would get 5 stars!

Bowls, Paninis, Smoothies, oh my! Cute lil place off Main Street in the Carmel Arts & Design District! Staff is very welcoming and they enjoy telling you about the ingredients they use. Everything is made to order so allow some time when you visit as you will have a short wait as they create your menu selection. Some of the items I had never even heard of, so you might even learn something while you’re there! I also appreciated being able to substitute a few things and take some things off their extensive list of smoothie concoctions to find the perfect fit for what I wanted that day. Cute, fun, and accommodating — Vitality Bowls is a great place to go for a refreshing meal that won’t cost you much. Try em out!

I couldn’t even finish the sandwich I got. One of the worst tasting items I’ve ever had. I know it’s supposed to be clean food. It certainly tasted like cardboard so I suppose it’s really healthy. I hate to bash a restaurant but it was just not good.

I was super excited to try this place– I wanted something healthy for lunch. I was a little disappointed they don’t have more veggie salad/protein options. It’s mainly fruit bowls. I ordered a juice, and added bee pollen and spirulina. My order got skipped over somehow so I had to wait 25 minutes for one juice. My friend got the veggie panini– listed with spinach, sun dried tomato pesto, cheese and Dijon. It only had cheese spinach and pesto on it. Another lady’s order was messed up while here too. If you are in a hurry and on your lunch break, I would either call ahead or wait for a time when you aren’t on a schedule. My 25 minute juice was good, just a long wait.

Womp womp — today’s service(or lackthereof) paired with the fact that a small will run you $ 12 after tax(more than I paid in San Francisco for an acai bowl a few weeks ago), left me feeling that a 4 star review was more adequate. Don’t get me wrong, the bowls are delicious, I appreciate the free park and cleanliness of the space but I didn’t enjoy standing in the store for 5 – 8 minutes before being acknowledged/seeing a staff member.

A-sigh-e, say it with me, A-sigh-e, reminds me of NA-mast-t follow me and you’ll see where I’m going. Stopped by here last week, in the Carmel Art District(popisticated) and I stop in to this fancy pants shop looking to get my A-sigh-e on. Seems everything has Acai in it, even the acai, so I order an acai and get it thrown in to a plastic bowl. Product comes out beautiful, taste is fantastic, I got the warrior, wife the vitality bowl, excellent. Get the small, more than plenty, price is slightly high. Here’s my rub, I’m a clean eater and my intake of sugars are really low so it pains me to find something(relatively) clean that makes me feel bloated and tired. I even opted for PB and whey protein to slow down some of the sugars. I get it, I get it, it’s fruit sugars, America is not fat because it eats fruit, maybe too many simple sugars for me. I’d hit this up again if in the area, and try out one of the higher protein combos, I have a pretty good feeling for me this place is just too sweet for my tastes.

Interesting. If you are confused about what this place is about, like I was, then think of yogurt parfait, but remove the yogurt and replace it with a smoothie and place it in a bowl instead of a cup. The bowls come out very pretty(like the pictures) and full of great ingredients but I cant bring myself to look past the price point. The Dragon Bowl that I got, comes in two sizes(like the other bowls) and is $ 10.99 for the small(20oz) and $ 13.99 for the large(32oz). I’m not sure why people are willing to pay that kind of money. When you break it down and think about it, it is a smoothie that is placed in a bowl and covered with toppings. Would you pay $ 11-$ 13 for a smoothie? Not me. The bowl was tasty, definitely tasty but I cannot bring myself to rate this place over 3 stars at its price point. Unless dragged here by a loved one, I doubt I would return.

Bowl of choice: Small Warrior Bowl packed full of healthy good for you things like fruit, flax seed, multi-vitamin boost & broccoli, granola, Goji Berries, and honey. Crank it up a notch by adding peanut butter into the Acai base. Eat, enjoy, and officially kick-ass. Yep, this is what happens after you eat a Warrior Bowl. After visiting Vitality several times I highly recommend dining in. The first time I came I ordered my bowl to-go and I felt the portion size & toppings were on the small size. It actually didn’t fill me up. In addition, it was super melty by the time I was able to enjoy. After formally dining in multiple times my experience has been completely different. A small bowl is the perfect size, they aren’t skimpy on the toppings, and you leave full. See my photos for comparison of the to-go verses the dining in options. Other fun details: they now carry Rickaroons(Organic, Soy & Gluten Free, Paleo Friendly) healthy sweet treats! Notes: I do wish they would offer almond butter as a substitute for peanut butter. As peanut butter is non-paleo & many people have sensitivities to pb, almond butter would be a great addition to the menu. That’s just me being picky though. Hooray for healthy options!

With 2 visits and a «two to go» visit to Vitality Bowls under my belt I feel pretty confident in saying that this place is legit when it comes to their Acai bowls. I have even had recurrent visions of working out or taking a long walk/run in warmer weather and coming here for a refreshing treat afterwards. COMEONSUMMER! :) At my first visit with a friend we were greeted by a very sweet and knowledgeable staff member who explained all of the Acai goodness and was very patient while we selected our goodies to try. We shared the Nutty bowl and the Tropical bowl –with my favorite being the Tropical Bowl that trip. Of note, we came when it was SUPER cold outside, but still finished every frosty bit of the small bowls — which are not really small. Yes, they are that good. Enter a Groupon offering and I convinced the Hubs we had to return ASAP. Second trip with the hubs I opted for the Dragon Bowl… and the world stopped spinning. Yes, it was THAT good. Like — OMGoji Berry good. He opted for the tropical bowl and was in heaven. Of note, we also got the Turkey Panini this round … Skip the panini. Please. One made at home on store bought plain wheat bread on a George Foreman grill would have been better — aside from the turkey rumored to be local(goose the market maybe?)… Not good. Today’s visit was of the«to go» variety post yoga and a 6.5 mile Monon trek. Perfect healthy lunch after a little activity. We opted for a repeat of flavored bowls from the last visit to enjoy at home. I must say, I prefer to eat my bowls there as opposed to taking them home. It seems like you get more toppings and attention to detail when you dine in(they forgot the honey on both bowls today). Plus, I can see them becoming a melty to-go mess if you live farther away in hotter weather. All in all, given the horrible panini and less than stellar experience today I would say it’s a 4 – 4.5 star across visits … But giving it a round-up in anticipation of more good experiences to come.

This is my new favorite place! I had the large Dragon Bowl and it was soooo good! I dream about going back and eating it again. We have been there 2 times now. I hope to make it a part of our routine on the weekends a few times a month. I love the fresh fruit. It’s like a super pumped up smoothie with fruit and granola and nuts on top. My bowl had almonds and goji berries. The large bowl was super filling too. My husband got a smoothie and a panini. He enjoyed both. It’s a little pricey, but it’s so good and healthier than just about any fast food place I can think of. I would rather go here any day of the week!

I love acai bowls… but I live on the northside so getting downtown to 22 Juicery isn’t always an option for me. I am delighted to have an acai bowl place in Hamilton County. It’s soooo delicious. I had a dragon bowl, I was in the mood for pitaya because, why not? I got the regular sized bowl — it was massive. I can’t even imagine trying to eat a large bowl, but I bet they’re perfect for sharing! I also met the franchise owner — sweet as can be, and told us about their plan for expanding. Even the bowl maker came out and told us her favorites(spoiler alert: it was anything + peanut butter). So much love, I can’t wait for the weather to warm up so we can have the perfect summer treat.

Problem: You want to go out to breakfast/lunch, but you don’t want to be a complete fatty. What do you do? Solution: You go to Vitality Bowls. I ordered the Dragon Bowl(Dragon fruit blended w/Açaí, Mango Juice, Coconut Milk, Banana, Pineapple, Raspberries & Immunity Boost; Topped with Strawberries, Kiwi, Almonds, Goji Berries, Bee Pollen & Honey). I was a big fan of what was the closest thing to a fresh, fruity sorbet sundae. Although I couldn’t find any nutritional information specifically from Vitality Bowls, my research tells me that a small bowl is around 400 calories. Sadly, piling on peanut butter or granola adds more calories, so I’ll be staying away from those ingredients during future visits. Fresh ingredients + tasty combinations + easy on my hips = I’ll be back again!

Great place to get your acai bowl. Acai is this wonder berry you can find in the Amazon rainforest. It’s considered a super fruit as it’s packed with antioxidants and they mix it with other fruit and veggies to protect you from free radicals. The food here is all natural, no added sugar, gluten free available, low calorie and rich in vitamins. So come here for lunch and ditch the burger and beer and treat yourself to something pretty wonderful.

The bowls taste as delicious as they appear in the photo! The sizes are huge so big enough to split. The staff were extremely helpful with our questions over the numerous ingredients. Will be going back for the salads. The décor was clean and crisp. This will definitely be a favorite spot in the summer time.
