After wearing out my old Sidi road bike shoes, I was looking for a replacement pair. Bill spent almost all summer helping me find the perfect replacement. We went through several pairs that did not fit well, where I got to take them home and ride them for 50 – 100 miles to try them out. Then, we hit pay dirt with the most recent pair. You just don’t get this kind of dedication and personal service much any more… Bill went WAY above and beyond to help me find what I needed. So a big THANKS to Bill!

Started riding again after grad school and moving back to Indiana. These guys got me and my bikes back on the road. Knowledgeable and friendly. Good bike people — they are the best. And now both shops are just off the Monon.

Love The Bike Line. Carmel and Indy, about 6 miles apart on the Monon. This is a family run business for two generations that I know of. Solid Trek dealer with also lots of high end gear and bikes. Don’t get me wrong, you can walk in a buy a great valued Trek right off their floor for you, the wife and the kids. Ready to take the next step? They can take you there, just make sure you bring the wallet as cool is not cheap. I was in yesterday getting a tube and a nice catch up with the owners who work in there everyday. They are great doing what they love and surround themselves with cool people who share a common interest in cycling and fun riding! You don’t see these kind of shops around much anymore. Carmel is lucky to have one. Get out and ride your bike…

I’m a relatively new biker and when I walked into this place, they were very nice in helping me out. I needed a piece to put on the valve of my bike so that I could put more air in my tires. The guy found the piece for me (just $ 2!!), showed me how to use it, and then gave me some suggestions. He also explained about PSI and all that good stuff.
The only thing I had a problem with was when I went to pay, no one really seemed interested in helping me out. That being said, the people were very attentive to the customers in the store helping them find what they were looking for and explaining what the items did. I didn’t really feel like anyone was being pressured into anything either.
If you into cycling… or want to be, check it out!

Handy to Monon Trail. They fixed my flat quicly. Trouble was next day the tire was flat again. Fixed it elsewhere but they refunded my tire cost which was nice. Family run. A Trek dealer. Now open Sundays. Who knew?

Walked in with a through and through puncture to rear tire on my road bike. Never had to change my tube before so they took me to the service section and showed me how to do because paying the service charge for a replacement was «highway robbery». I’d never have to pay for it again! Unbelievably nice!
