Sunset Lounge is part of the Hyatt resort. We wanted to have dinner and watch the sunset through the large windows on the beach and the main restaurant didn’t open until the sunset was over. We picked some nice appetizers which included a nicely cooked steak and fries along with crab cakes and clam chowder.
For desert we had the chocolate croissant bread pudding with balsamic Carmel ice cream.
The French press coffee added to the nice relaxing evening.
All was delicious.
Rumor has it they will be remodeling the restaurant complex so I hope that means the Sunset Lounge will have a bigger menu that is more consistent with the room service menu. Stay tuned for details.
