Check your mobile order before you leave. It’s either the chef is having a bad day or I am. Order a salad and a large Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese are only about 2⁄3 filled. Went up to check with them. They just said that’s how it is. It 8oz per cup. I checked as soon as I got home. Sure enough it’s 7.5oz –0.5oz= 7oz. What made me even more upset is when I open the salad. All the dressing are about ¼ filled. Seriously. My advice is to check your order, but it’s not like they are going to do anything about it. Amanda the manager. You don’t call a woman(my girlfriend) «dear» when she calls in to comment that this is at least the 5th time we have paid for items we did not receive. If I ran in and took food without paying 5 or more times what would happen? How would that work? Your inquiry of «did we check the order» is answered here. Yes. Briefly. We however aren’t paid employees of Panera as far as I can tell… I don’t receive a check or W-2 at the end of the year, so how is it my job to check the accuracy of what you and your staff are PAID to do. It’s simple. We’ve been nice many times and a manager even went so far as to say«we will send you a $ 25 credit for all the previous trouble», which I never asked for but nonetheless would’ve appreciated, had it actually showed up. Much like the food that is supposed to be placed in the bag that we have paid you for… it simply wasn’t there. It never came. You bragged about your high customer service scores versus apologizing or owning the continual problem, so I guess my recourse is to let you know publicly what a poor job the drive though does. Accuracy doesn’t exist. There’s no way that over 50% of our almost weekly orders are incorrect, while you’re «nailing it» on other peoples. Not happening. I tried to be polite, I never asked for anything, you offered then didn’t follow through. It’s easy to see the apathy in your location comes from the top down. Finally. When you’re in the wrong, condescending to the opposite party is not the way to handle customer service, «dear».

Panera Bread is great. Panera Bread with a drive-thru? Five stars! I have nothing but good things to say about this location: friendly people, good food, fast service — everything you expect from Panera Bread.

Thank you Panera Bread on Rangeline Road in Carmel! I received the wrong order and I was already at work unable to leave. This Panera store not only apologized for their mistake but also delivered my order to the store I work at. Thanks guys you are awesome! Great customer service!

This is my favorite Northside Panera location; I pass a couple other Panera locations on my drive to this particular spot. I come back because I love the staff and the consistency of the food; I am always greeted with a smile, a joke, or an enthusiastic greeting. The last time I visited, the manager complimented me on my bright colored tennis shoes, which I thought was sweet. I’m a grad student and like grabbing a ½ grilled cheese and a cup of tomato soup to make my study time a little more enjoyable. As far as atmosphere, I’m always able to find a spot to plug in my laptop and settle in for a few hours of studying; they have a great variety of booths, comfy chairs, and tables.
