I really enjoy this workout. I have been looking for a fitness class that fits my needs for awhile and this is it! The best part is the scheduling. Being a busy working mom, it’s always hard for me to find a facility that had classes that I can fit in my schedule. OTF has a ton of classes everyday! It’s amazing. They also have an app that you can book classes through. And the workouts are awesome

The first Orange Theory class I attended was in Orlando, FL and I was thrilled when one opened up so close to my home! Orange Theory offers a challanging workout to all fitness levels. Focusing on heart rate training enables you to burn calories effectively and it’s motivating to light up the heart rate board! It’s been a different workout each time I’ve attended, they have a friendly staff, a lot of class times to choose from and they play motivating music. If you haven’t taken a class yet-it’s time to give it a try!

This place is for everyone– all body types, athletic or not! I have been struggling for years to lose the last 20 pounds of «baby weight». I have tried every diet and every combination of classes and cardio at the gym. Orange Theory has been life changing in the short time I have been a member. The workout is based on heart rate, and it was eye opening to see how hard I had to work to get my heart rate up. I have only done 7 workouts, but am feeling my body transform!

After checking this place out twice now, I can say with certainty that I have never worked out harder in my life. And it is ALLGOOD. I never thought I would say that about a fitness place but as a(VERY) out of shape person, I’ve been avoiding any sort of regimented fitness routine my entire life. I’ve watched Biggest Loser, I know how scary fitness trainers can be and that just isn’t for me. So I was hesitant to come here. But the idea intrigued me. This franchise is new to Indiana and I loved. the owner’s story. And I love the idea behind Orange Theory. I won’t get into the details about the theory-you can look online… but this is why I signed up. It’s a personal trainer type experience but in a class of about 20. You are trying to maintain specific heart rate zones and what it takes to get you there is unique to you, so while there are certain exercises that you do in the class, there are modifications you can make to make it work for your needs. The class is 1 hour long and you wear a heart rate monitor throughout the class-your heart rate(along with everyone else’s) is shown on a TV screen. You should burn between 500‑1000 calories a class. You get a super good workout but it feels attainable-you can see your heart rate at all times. I hurt for two solid days after my first work out and I know in time I’ll get stronger. But as a plus size gal with no real previous experience at this level of fitness, I have found a good fit. It’s well worth it.
