I frequently dine at noodles & Company, it is this particular location that always messes up my to-go order! They put chicken in my veggie sandwich, I don’t eat meat so its very frustrating to open my lunch and find meat in it. The food is always sloppy like someone just threw a bunch of things together. They never put spoons with my soup or the proper utensils. I would give this location 0 starts if I could. This location is a disappointment. I would recommend NOT to get to-go from here!

While dining there today, I was so disgusted with how dirty this location’s dining room was I kept wondering about the cleanliness of the kitchen where my meal was being prepared. Additionally & very importantly, the chicken was not cooked through on all 3 orders we had. I can’t see how anybody can rate this place anything greater then 2 stars.

This is the fourth Noodles & Company where I ate within the Indy area. However, this is the only one that drew my interest the most. This is the first time I visited this restaurant. There was a banner posted saying that this company does not use any artificial, flavors, colors, sweetener, or preservative. Also, there are 14 fresh vegetables, café-free eggs, no microwave oven, and no can opener. Wow, this place serves healthy Chinese food! I ordered the chicken potstickers appetizer and the Japanese pan noodles with Parmesan crusted chicken and without the Asian sprouts. They were very delicious!

Only the second time I’ve had Noodles and I don’t know why I don’t frequent there more often! They have variety of pasta options from asian to Italian to good olé mac and cheese. I tried the pesto with the pork this time around and it was right on point. Love the walk up and order with table service. A little pricier for a quick lunch but very filling!

Highly unimpressed with the cleanliness. A kid finally came out to clean once I started taking pictures. Can’t say the mess was because they were busy since there were only 2 other groups here when we arrived. Food is only ok. Definitely over priced. Won’t bother coming back.

Good luck finding a clean table. Active listening skills at the sales POS are non-existent prompting multiple fixes for fairly simple orders. Feel bad jumping in here for only bad experiences. Need to start sharing good restaurant outings as well. Just feel the need to be of public service when awfulness abounds. This place is consistently below average… Even for a chain.

So I’m from Dallas Tx. And maybe I don’t get around at home as much as I thought I did. Or maybe I’m working out of town to much to notice it, but I don’t think we have a place like this. And its a damn shame! I have been to 3 different locations in Indianapolis while I have been working here for the past month more then twice a week and they have not disappointed. I don’t think there is anything on the menu that is not good. Plus, who doesn’t love a food you get to eat with chop stix?!

So many different kinds of noodles. We got the Japanese Pan Noodles, which were great but unexpectedly a little on the spicy side. We also got the the Alfredo MontAmore with chicken, which was SUPER good. It was creamy and warm — the ultimate comfort food. I’m excited to try the other dishes on the menu.

Consistently good food. Much better than fast food for just a little more $$. Hot pot soup is good. I also like the Bangkok curry. Service is always fast and friendly.

We stopped in today to try the new Buff Bowls. I have been wanting to try them since first hearing about this new low calorie and high protein alternative at one of our favorite fast food places. We don’t go as often since it’s pretty much high in carbs, but the Buff Bowls will get us back in the habit of visiting again! I had the Buff Japanese Pan with marinated steak. I thought about asking to sub chicken, but I always get chicken and I am glad I stuck with the steak. It was really good and tender. The first few bites I did miss the noodles, but the more I ate the more I actually really liked the spinach. It’s so much healthier it was still flavorful and very filling. My bowl was only 320 calories and had 29 grams of protein. I will definitely be back to try the other bowls.

A little pricy for a bowl of noodles. This is my daughters favorite restaurant and I sigh every time she picks it. 9 $ for 1 $ worth of noodles and maybe 2 $ in the«add ins»(spinach, tomatoes, mushroom). Not impressed.

Noodles and Company is a great fast food alternative. High quality food, quick, for a reasonable price. I am will continue to be a loyal fan.

This fast-casual chain restaurant is exactly what I expected to be. In a good way. They have a wide selection of pasta based dishes as well as soups and salads. The Pad Thai noodles are very tasty, the mac & cheese is underwhelming. Your tastes may very and you’ll easily be able to find something you’ll like. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant is quiet and clean. I would recommend coming here for your lunch break.

I love this area of Carmel, so my reviews are always a little biased for restaurants in that area, which is not rooted in any logic. This«Noodles» location was an overall positive experience. Due to the proximity to Carmel High School, there were quite a few younger folks in the dining area, and so the ambient noise was a little louder, but that was OK. It’s clean inside, and service was prompt. The pot stickers were surprisingly good, and I enjoyed the curry noodles. Consistency and firmness of the pasta were both fine. We’ll be back after the next Lacrosse game.

I had the pasta rosa. It was delicious and just the right amount of spicy. They don’t serve black people but the employees are friendly. The price is not bad for what you get.

I came here occasionally for a few years after it opened and had good experiences, but the two times I ate here this year were actually pretty bad. The first time my food was fine(though not hot enough for all of the cheese to melt), but my girlfriend received something completely different from what she ordered, then waited a strangely long time(which was aggravating since we were in a rush), and then received the correct dish, but it had been cooked when she ordered it originally and was now cold; also charred. Not too deterred I came back a couple months later and got a spaghetti dish, but a decent chunk of noodles had been completely uncooked, so there was an inch diameter block of uncooked pasta travelling through the center of my dish. Somehow a person cooked this spaghetti with a giant block of pasta still in it and said«Yeah, this is fine.» The other locations I’ve been to have been great, but the Carmel location’s quality control has clearly been a little lacking of late. They have more genres of pasta than Piada down the street, but Piada is customizable, cheaper, and I think higher(and more consistent) quality, so it’ll be a little while before I give Noodles another chance.

Usually I never have a bad experience here, but last time some odd things happened. The person taking the order just completely spaced out and did not get it correct at all. They did not add Parmesan chicken as ordered. Seeing as how I’ve been here many times and this was the first time anything like this happened, I’ll assume that was a fluke caused by a busy Friday evening dinner rush. I expect it to not happen again, though. I had just gotten the Thai Hot Pot the day before this, and it was perfect. Custom ordered without peppers or mushrooms, and they nailed it. I had a blast trying a new food item, and I enjoyed it so much that I will definitely order it again. The restaurant overall rests on the grave of Ponderosa(RIP) and it really is great to have such a high quality place around. Their food is top notch, and they also sell liquor at this location in case you want a glass of wine along with your noodles. One of the nicest things about this Noodles & Co is that they have their large menu to the left of the register you can really get a good view of it without having to hurt your neck looking at the one high above the registers. Noodles & Company has always had the unique serving method of ordering at the register, but then an server brings your food out. I really prefer this method and it works out well for the restaurant. It’s nicer than fast food, but still a quick restaurant. This location has one of the fancy soda machines with over 100 variations. Overall, I like these, but when it’s busy and you have someone taking too long to look over the possibilities, a line can quickly form. Still, it’s fun to have around. I highly recommend the BBQ Pork Mac! It is one of the best dishes they serve. Also, I always get their tomato/cucumber/onion salad. It’s simple, but so flavorful. If you purchase a dish you can add some of the select sides for $ 1, so there really is no reason to not get one of those sides. Overall, I usually have a great dining experience here, and I love the variety of dishes they offer.

I’m generally not a fan of this type of food. But, I’ve got to say, I really like Noodles and Company. And it’s quite out of character for me. My favorite dish is the Bankok Curry. That’s one tasty dish, right there. It’s got a very nice heat level, but they do a good job of not allowing the heat to overwhelm the flavor. It’s not exactly fast food, but I wouldn’t call it casual dining, either… I think it falls somewhere in between. Our service has always been very good at this location.

Going in to Noodles & Company last night I had no idea what to expect. My girlfriend had told me they had a diverse menu, offering cuisine from all over the world. I went with her and her family late last night, which was a Sunday. They weren’t too busy, a little more than an hour before they closed. While they had a relatively small menu, the menu was diverse. They offer Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, and more! I decided upon the Truffle Mac n cheese. It’s like their Wisconsin Mac n Cheese, with baby portobellas parmesan and white truffle oil. Truffle oil is a weakness for me, I adore it. I decided to add parmesan crusted chicken to it, but they have quite a few options for protein to add to your entrée. When we ordered we were told that the soda machine was out, so we chose from the drink cooler by the counter, and all of us got our drinks for free. Our food came out about 6 minutes after we sat down, and we all really liked it! The truffle oil mixed in with the cheese sauce and perfectly cooked portobellas really did it for me. Noodles & Co is known as «fast food noodles» which is exactly what they are. I must admit I was pretty impressed with my first experience, and I’ll definitely go back to try more. I highly recommend you try them out. Prices average around 7 bucks a person. Based on this experience alone(because it’s the only one I’ve had) I give them 5 stars, which I virtually never do. Well done.

Love the mac and choose with mushrooms! Plus, they have my fave brand of sweet tea!!! Can’t get any better than that! The prices are fairly reasonable. In fact, if you get the regular bowl, it’s so big that most likely you’ll take some to go. The desserts were just ok for me. I tried the rice krispies and it was just alright. Perhaps, that’s one area they can improve on.
