I have been going to Dr Finley for years and am extremely happy with the results. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. I love the facials I get from Amy. Dr Finley always takes time to explain the procedure and suggest whether or not a treatment is necessary. She is the best at Botox!!! I highly recommend Dr Finley and her staff!!!

As a veteran user of facial fillers, I have enjoyed the effects for many years from several different local offices, but had my first bad staff experience with Dr Finleys office .
Upon arriving early for my appointment I was rushed into an exam room and a woman began asking questions and asking for me to fill out forms. I asked if she was the doctor since she did not introduce herself and she said that she was the assisitant. She put numbing cream on the areas that I was to get worked on and soon after that another woman came quickly into the room, again not introducing herself and began asking questions and prepping supplies. I again asked if she was the doctor and she said yes I am. (?!)
She evaluated my face and determined a better area for the filler without asking if I wanted any additional in the areas for which I had originally made the appointment (ie the areas that were already numb).
She put more numbing cream on the newly determined area and left the room for a short time. She returned so quickly that the numbing cream must not have had time to fully work. Without any further communication, she began injecting, and though I am no wimp, I was clearly uncomfortable. No words of concern or assurance were uttered from her and nothing more was said at the end of it, except that my receipt was at the front desk. (Maybe I reminded her of her evil step cousin?)
I planned to discuss things with the front desk and explain that I did not get what I came for, but after waiting for several minutes and no one showing up at the front desk I left.
As a healthcare worker myself (for 25 years), I feel there is absolutely no excuse to be so rushed or otherwise preoccupied that you disregard your patient.
