This is BYFAR the worst facility and care that I have ever received. You are much better off going to a mimic clinic at CVS.

I think it really depends on which doctor you get here. The bar is not very high for these sort of urgent care places. «Urgent» is all relative because you generally have to wait a while(one or more hours). I’ve been here twice, and my first visit was good and I was treated appropriately by a friendly doctor. The second more recent time was for a severe sore throat with no other symptoms, and the doctor thought it was allergies, even though I’ve never had allergies before. It turns out it was just a virus of some sort, because it went away a few days later, but it sure made me nervous that I now suddenly had allergies out of nowhere, pretty late in the allergy season. Don’t trust your diagnosis as 100%, just see it as an opinion — hopefully they will figure it out if it really is urgent.

While this is an urgent care clinic, they also provide an online appointment system for non-urgent appointments. I made my appointment online three days in advance for my daughter’s sports physical. My appointment was for 6:15. We arrived ten minutes early and filled out paperwork. I was not asked about insurance, but from reading a sign I was able to figure that the only take HMO; I ended up paying $ 42 self pay. Paying is fine, I anticipated it. The problem was the amount of time it took to be seen. We were called back at 6:30 for height and weight and quick vision chart test. At 6:38 we were seated in the exam room. At 7:15 I was pretty much ready to walk out(but tryouts were the next morning and this was our only chance to obtain the physical). I opened the door at 7:18 ready to make a scene, miraculousy the physician arrived as if cued by the opening door and sensing an angry mom. The exam took ten minutes and we were on our way. I under stand the way medical practic works with overbooking. I understand that in an urgent care setting there might be a chance that someone gets put in front of you(not the case here). What I don’t understand is how we sat in an exam room for 40 minutes and not a single soul checked on us or gave any indication that things were behind. I waited for over an hour past my appointment to be seen; that is unacceptable. I’ve had faster times in metropolitan emergency rooms. Give your patients the courtesy of perhaps rescheduling to later in the evening or a simple«your wait time may be _». Don’t let them sit and wonder when/if they’ll be seen… ever. Two stars awarded as the faciltiy website appointment system was easy to use and convenient, the facility was clean and modern, and the physician himself was pleasant enough.
