Keen Children’s Shoes

The owner was great at first. She was really helpful and despite my kids not wanting their feet measured she was taking it in stride. We found my daughters pair without any issue. She was done in minutes. My son is only 1 so my husband I were debating what we liked. We settled on 2 pair. I went to ask her, I believe it was Lisa, for a size and her demeanor was completely different. She was speaking to someone behind the counter and as I approached she seemed bothered. We had a really great rapport up to that moment. I felt like maybe I just asked too much by needing her to check one final time. They have a HUGE selection so it’s hard to pick something out when everything is so cute. Was so happy with this place until this interaction.

Amazing! I went to get my daughter shoes, and the customer service was fantastic!!! The young girl who fitted her took time to make sure the fit and style was perfect. My daughter isn’t into super girly styles, but the girl chose her grey and pink shores that won’t get dirty too fast, but look great!

It’s unfortunate you can’t give negative stars. My son is hard to clothe. We went to this store because others said they were great and could order shoes. Lisa, the owner, was nothing but rude even to my son. After I sent him to the car with his mother, she went on to tell me that she couldn’t help people like me, but refused to explain what she meant.
