INCREDIBLE!
If you haven’t gathered from the other comments Jan and her team are absolutely amazing. I recently purchased an engagement ring and my fiancé loves loves LOVES it! Guys, if you are like me and are clueless about diamonds, rings, styles, etc. and are worried about what to do, have no fear! Everyone at Jem Jewelers is so kind and considerate. They really take the time to get to know YOU, to make sure you are getting the PERFECT ring. You are sure to get the utmost quality here, no matter what size budget you are working with. They pour their heart and soul into all their work. It truly shows in every interaction (and of course in the finished product!). I cannot say thank you enough to everyone at Jem Jewelers who helped me through this process.

I would HIGHLY recommend JEM for any jewelry purchases. After searching for an engagement ring for 6 months, Jane was able to find exactly what we were looking for while staying within our price range. Since the purchase she has had the ring cleaned every time we have stopped by. Jan includes a picture of every couple who purchases their rings through JEM, last time we stopped by she had our picture front and center of the shelf.
For price, quality, and most importantly customer service, JEM is the best option available.

I bought earrings for my girlfriend at JEM. I was just walking by when I saw the store and I realized my girlfriend’s birthday was the next week (hey at least it wasn’t the day before… okay!). I went in without having a clue of what to get and the beautiful ladies working in the store asked me about my girlfriend, what I was hoping to spend and the occasion. They suggested an amazing pair of gold earrings which turned out to be in my price-​range.
I gave them to my girlfriend at her birthday dinner and she was shocked! She loved the size and the oval shape — a perfect fit for her bubbly personality.
I felt compelled to write my first review on Unilocal for JEM because the earrings really made her birthday a magical experience. And I haven’t had to do the dishes OR make the bed in two weeks =)
