I really cannot say enough good things about working with Shaun at Indy Facets. He was totally transparent and entirely genuine in his approach to finding the perfect ring that fit my vision and my budget (and my fiancé could not be happier!). He is a total professional, and patiently guided me through the process at a pace that was comfortable for me. you’ll never get that kind of service at a Kay or Reis-​Nichols. Better yet, you’ll never find a box jeweler that offers the pricing that he does, either! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
