It’s good, but can be a little pricey. Still, if you like a large variety of unique flavor combinations, Cold Stone is worth a try. The ice cream is good, but lacks any character or quality that makes it worth the extra money you’d pay here versus a local ice cream stand(Handel’s, anyone?). The cold stone preparation is a cool novelty, but hardly a consolation for the dressed-up, middle-of-the-road ice cream. Recommended Flavors: Birthday Cake Remix and German Chocolate Cake

Wow there are a lot of people who think ice cream should be free or something. I love this place, mostly for their ice cream cakes. I called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted ahead of time, and they had it pulled for me and ready for me to carry out. It took maybe 2 minutes to get my cake and leave. I don’t remember even asking how much it cost. How much would it cost at that other place with that kind of ice cream cake? Oh wait they are out of business. Thanks Cold Stone will see you later!

The prices are way to over priced. And also the constumer service could be better. Maybe a coaching lesson from corporate on how to actually operate a «store» would be good. Will not be returning next time to this location or any other location for that matter. Not impressed.

By far one of the most overrated places ever. I went there today with 2 kids & the staff were so impatient, unhelpful & showed no respect for customers. I will not be returning.

I like their ice cream but the last few times I’ve been here, they’ve been very stingy with the ice cream. For the amount I spend, I’d expect a bigger serving. I’ll gladly change my rating if the serving size improves the next time I go.

This is one of the most overrated places I’ve ever been too. The prices are unbelievably expensive, and the ice cream is more overrated than the Dave Matthews Band. Do yourself a favor by 1. Exiting Clay Terrace and 2. Driving to Greyhound Pass, cross US31, and get some hand dipped ice cream at Handel’s in the strip mall behind the Regal Theater.
