Hi. I help manage an Autism center and we often go out on community outings to help our patients learn essential life skills when out in the public. We chose your restaurant to visit. It’s close and convenient to our facility and a place we haven’t visited before. I’m disgruntled and heartbroken to hear that my patients were treated with the most disrespect that we have ever experienced during a community outing. I’m even angrier to hear that it was the manager of all people who was incredibly disrespectful to my patients when they were ordering their food. I understand that it was the beginning of the«lunch hour rush» and that it can be a hectic stressful couple of hours. I can also understand that it can be uncomfortable working with someone with special needs. Not everyone is meant for the job. But as a «manager»(assuming he was given the position because of experience and great customer service) the way he spoke to my patients and rushed them along as if they were an inconvenience to him and his time was absolutely rude and inconsiderate expression of behavior. There were times when my patients(there were only 2 patients) needed prompting from their therapists to order their food correctly and during this time he was expressing his annoyance by sighing loudly and smacking his lips. Their order was also messed up when they received it and when they went up to the counter to get the correct items, he made it seem as if they, my patients, were the reason that it was wrong. I could go into a million other details but I’m going to leave it at that. We will not be returning but it would be nice to know that someone has read this and could respond with an apology.

The soda machine definitely could use a good olé cleanin’. But they put Burger King crowns at every table and made a cheeseburger for my dog so that’s cool.

If you’re looking for friendly faces and quality food at a decent price, McDonalds is right down the road. I ordered the 3 piece buffalo strips, and wanted 2 ranch dressings. If you’ve never had the buffalo strips, they’re good in theory; they’re saucy, moist, and altogether have a good sauce to «chicken» ratio. At this Burger King, it was more like buffalo batter. I also got onion rings, and wanted 2 zesty sauces. I wasn’t being unreasonable in these requests. After waiting for my food, the employee dropped it on the counter before I could ask for any sauce. Once I was able to flag down an employee, I was informed that my food portions only warranted 1 sauce packet. I wasn’t even offered the option of purchasing a second sauce. I really wanted another ranch. The employees were acting like they hated their jobs. I mean, I would too if I was a professional sauce hoarder. The atmosphere sucked. The only reason the dining room was clean is because no one wants to eat there. I’m highly disappointed.
