I had the pleasure of having Jesus on two service calls due to my car issues. Jesus is a calm and conscientious worker who has a wide breadth of car knowledge. His knowing and balanced demeanor were truly needed. He should be commended.

Their service and driver are very professional. They were there as fast as could be given they were out on another call that night. He changed my tire quickly and talked to me about my insurance likely having roadside assistance coverage. Efficient and kind on all fronts.

My husband and I stayed at The Playa in Carmel for our anniversary. Our stay was perfect… until the last minute we we were about to leave. I loaded my luggage in the trunk, closed it with the keys in-​accidentally-​but before unlocking the doors to the car. We were locked out.
I called the «world class» Ferrari roadside service-​as we’re members of the Ferrari club of America (purchased this car and other vehicles through them). After being on hold and waiting over an hour, then waiting another half hour for the service man to call with an ETA, phoned back by the representative and told there were no locksmith services within 100mikes of us, that our only option was to tow the vehicle to Marin and have a new key made. Only authorized mechanics can get into our car. We decided to rent a car instead, drive home 5 hours, get the spare key, and drive back. We were devastated.
But first, thought I’d give a local tow company a chance, just in case… despite my 2014 Masarati GranTurismo Sport being notoriously difficult to unlock, and she has a very sensitive alarm system.
Long story short, Drew from Carmel Towing showed up in 15 minutes, and had it open 10 min after arriving. Drew was professional, realistic about our situation, persistent, and very careful with the car, not a scratch on it or mark anywhere. We are so relieved, beyond grateful for his skills and services, now thankfully headed home-​in the Masi (not tow truck!)

We have been using Andy hills services for many years. His services each time has far exceeded my expectations. his drivers are always on time and have got me through a lot of binds. I have come to the conclusion that his fuel prices are much more reasonable then other local stations. He is a honest person. Not out to gouge the public. our family highly recommends him.
