Everybody at One Life is so amazing and the diet really works! After I had my baby I just kept gaining weight. I was referred to Dr. Haynes at One Life by a family member who goes here who is living proof that this program is very effective. I have been going here for over a year now and have lost over 80lbs. The diet is very simple to follow and will change how your life! The team here will do everything they can to help you succeed. From kind encouraging words when there are bumps in the road to advice on how to make your dieting more effective.
It has just been an all-​around wonderful experience they’ve helped me feel good on the inside and look great on the outside. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I can’t believe I am the first to post on this diet center at the Forum Shops. Recommended to me by a friend who had watched me struggle to lose weight over four years, I walked in to what could have been an intimidating place to find some great friends. They took me in and showed me the way and I lost all 50 pounds my thyroid had added! Check it out! Great staff, great service and location. Just go by and get a pack of protein bars if nothing else!
