On Call Employees

This agency is wonderful and very professional. I don’t have much experience with them as far as the normal procedure, which is to submit your information, take some tests and wait to hear back from them.
What I do have experience with is seeking out a position through Craigslist, where On Call was the one posting the listing. I had no idea that a recruiting agency was behind the post but was very pleased to find their services.
Brittany and Christine were wonderful and provided me with all the information I needed to know about my first interview and background on what the company was all about and what they’d be looking for. It should also be noted that I am in San Diego proper and they went out of their way to make this work for me.
Also, this was a direct hire situation rather than temp which makes me feel that much better because as far as I know there was not much incentive or «paycheck» in it for them since I would be directly hired by the company.
I was provided with interview tips specific to the company and exact dates and times, giving me confidence that they were working very closely with the company. Most of the communication was done via email which was great because I am busy and can’t answer the phone all the time.
Long story short, On Call was there for me right up until the first training day and I am very thankful for that. I would recommend their services to anyone who is serious about finding the right job.
