Mediocre. At best. Watered down and Americanized Mediterranean food. Don’t waste the $ or calories. Bad food, poor service.

Ok, it is official!!! Definitely one of the most terrible service in the area! Staff thinks it is ok to keep the customers waiting in lane while they are running around and staying away from all the registers!!!

Great food, fresh ingredients. Nice and clean environment. Unfortunately it’s a bit pricy and portions are quite small… better to order more then go home hungry.

I had my first trip to Luna Grill Courtesy of Unilocal.Yes, it pays to attend Unilocal events, you get free opportunities. So I picked up my daughter from work and we swooped through here to get a free kabob, I got the chicken one and she got the veggie one. It was about eight in the evening so I just wanted something light. Well this was perfect! You can actually get comfortable off one kabob! First off, the cashier was super polite and even asked if we would like ice water while we were waiting. The dining room was fabulous, with the red glow and the artsy lamps I adored. It even has a dining table in its own corner with its own chandalier, like family style dining. You feel like you, re at home if you sit in that corner. ON the complete other side is more booth like seating and tv showing the latest game. It seems to cover all types of clientele coming in. Now back to the food. Chicken was moist! About five to six palm sized pieces, and it comes with pita bread, T sauce, and fresh onion, cucumber and tomato. It was fresh, quick and easy. I will return!

I ordered the chicken chipotle wrap with a drink, the chicken was cold and shredded and alot of onion. Shouldn’t it come with nice big chunks of chicken instead? Very dissatisfied after paying $ 10.00 for a wrap and almost $ 13.00 with a drink. Jesus talk to the cooks! I know you just opened, but come on now.

I was craving a chicken wrap and gave it a try, Nothing like my first experience, I was actually greeted when I walked in and the nice lady that took my order was polite and professional. I saw they had pomegranate lemonade so I went to buy a cup, the worker had his hands tied up, he stopped what he was doing to help me out. I appreciate the effort and level of quality service I got. I will definitely come back

Luna Grill is my favorite little place to eat. The portions are great! The food is so fresh.

Luna grill is A bland, homogenized, corporate take on Mediterranean food. It’s not terrible by any means, but it’s about as authentic as Del Taco is to Mexican food.

The Mahi Mahi plate was delicious! Perfectly cooked fish. Everything was delicious. A little on the spendy side, but so good!

I ordered a chicken lemon soup and was told it would be 15 minuter. 15 minutes for soup? It wasn’t even busy. Well, after trying my soup I returned it because it was super salty. The lady at the counter was courteous and offered to exchange or refund. I was in a hurry after waiting over 15 for the soup that I took the refund. She went ahead and asked the cooks at the back to check the soup because I said it was salty. The cooks started making jokes and saying that the soup wasn’t salty that the spoon was. I don’t think they realized I was standing there and heard all the jokes they made. That’s very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. This experience made me sad. I liked their other food options and never had an issue with customer service before this. Now I don’t feel like ever coming back.

The Luna Grill was fantastic!!! The food was very fresh & they give a very good portion size. I liked the food so much, especially the Mahi Mahi, that after I ate my lunch at the restaurant, I ordered more food to go!!! I would also like to say that the service was also excellent!!! Alex Sharp at Westfield was so helpful & courteous. She made my experience very positive as she spent the time to explain all of my options as I had never been to the Luna Grill. I would definitely rate the Luna Grill as one of my favorite restaurants & hope they open a location in Mountain View, CA!!!

Fast and healthy! Even though I wouldn’t consider Luna Grill a restaurant, the customer service is amazing and they treat you like you are in a sit down restaurant. The food is good and you get a lot for the price you pay. I suggest grabbing the sweet potatoes fries, you won’t be let down! When I want to eat fast and have healthy choices, this is my go to place for some good chicken and rice.

Can you get great food in a strip mall? Yes you can when it’s Luna Grill. Luna you are the moon and the stars! I’ve never been to one of these — realize now it’s a chain and am bummed there isn’t one near me. Found it on Unilocal of course looking for something not too far from my hotel. 3 min away — 4 stars by other Unilocal reviewers — I’m there. Ambience is totally fab — from the minute i walked in you had me Luna. Despite it being a go to the counter and place your order — now sit down and wait — kind of place —- it feels different. Must be the cool lights from the ceiling and the dim lighting at night makes it feel like more of a real sit down restaurant. Greeter behind counter was super nice and helpful. I opted to order the Bistro Filet Beef Kabob with grilled tomato garnish(opted out of carrots). Comes with house salad on plate along with Basmati rice and pita with cucumber-yogurt dip. I wanted to try something else small and lots of appetizers looked appealing — stuffed grape leaves, feta fries(although i can’t eat those as a low carb person), hummus? Staff shared i could order an add-on of hummus(3 oz cup) for $ 1.50 — I’m in ! Give me the spicy cilantro hummus. Food is made fresh so you get a number for your table so they can bring to you. It did take longer than I was expecting — ~15−20 min — but that me confident it wasn’t already prepared. The kabob was amazing and just cooked with onions and green peppers. Spicy hummus was as advertised but very yummy — goes well with the cucumber yogurt sauce. i was adequately full but really really wanted their homemade mini baklava that i spied in the case at the order counter — but alas I stuck to my low carb senses and walked out. No worries — I’m sure someone will take those orphan baklava home tonight. Will I return? Absolutely ! cause i need to try the spicy feta appetizer now and the gyros too!

Great Luna location! Service was nice, food came out quickly and I enjoyed my gyros salad. Huge portion and very generous on the meat, this was plenty for leftovers for later. Like the décor, very bright, clean and modern, plenty of seating and not too busy. Excellent selection of salads, sandwiches and plates, plenty of meat and veggie options. Very tasty lunch, worth returning.

I love that they identify what is vegan and vegetarian on their menu, it is super helpful. I tend to eat here a lot when I am working in the area because its a fast, healthy, take out option. I love their salad greek salad(hold the cheese & dressing) with falafel, its filling and one of my favorites. Their grapeleaves are good, and their cilantro hummus is delicious. Its a moderately priced lunch, but I keep coming back.

Luna Grill is a great option for healthy-ish lunch and dinner fare. There’s ample indoor/outdoor seating or you can call ahead for takeout. We usually get the chicken kabob plate(comes with chicken, rice, salad, pita bread and choice of carrots or tomato) and the gyro(comes with your choice of side). Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program, you get $ 10 off every 125 points.

Not too shabby if you’re looking for fresh-casual dining in the area. One of my favorite San Diego appetizers is Luna’s feta fries with a squeeze of lemon juice. The rest of the menu is healthier Mediterranean with their chicken being moist and very flavorful. Beverage bar includes soda, iced teas, and lemonades. Service was tight and friendly. Kids meals are also really good, and healthy when you sub in the salad over the fries. Their side salad isn’t a pile of cheap iceberg either, it’s romaine with sliced cucumber and tomato. I would say there are many dining options in North County at this price point. I think Luna Grill stands out as one of the best.

We visit Luna once a week or every two weeks lately. We’re on a gyro kick and though Luna is a bit pricier than other nearby Greek places, they have a few things going for them: * Very nice, modern restaurant décor * Courteous, fast service * Catering services(we use them quite often at my work) * Anti-biotic and hormone-free meat sources * No trans-fats or hydrogenated fats are used * They have a rewards program There are few fast-food restaurants that I would sit in to dine and Luna is one of the few.

Came in after work to place a take out order as it was Monday and I just couldn’t be bothered to cook. The girl who took my order was very sweet, offered advice for my meat-and-potato loving husband, handed me a pager and thanked me for coming in. My order was ready in about 15 minutes. Not too bad and considering it’s not fast food, I didn’t mind the wait. The hummus and pita appetizer was delicious and my flat cut chicken meal was quite tasty and very filling with rice, salad, pita and tzatziki sauce. The hubs was happy with his gyro however, I wouldn’t recommend getting fries to go as after the mere 6 minute drive home, they were already cold and very soggy. Next time we will eat in. It may seem a bit pricey for your average takeout meal at almost $ 30 but again, it’s not fast food and it’s certainly tastier than drive through.

Tried this place today for lunch. Looked at the menu online and decided I wanted to try something new and my coworker orders here sometimes and gets their sweet potato fries. I was going to try to order online, but it said my food wouldn’t be ready for pickup till 11. So I called in, instead since they open at 10:30. After I got off the phone they said to pickup in 15 min. I ordered: — Greek Salad with Gyro Meat($ 12.50) pretty good — order of sweet potato fries($ 4.50) interesting dipping sauce it comes with — my tab was around $ 18.00 A lil on the pricey side for a lunch I would say. I usually try to aim for under $ 7.00 on a lunch while at work, or else I’d go broke! lol. Definitely too much food though! I ended up giving ½ my fries to my coworkers, and my salad is ½ eaten on my desk. I asked for the meat on the side so it wouldn’t make my salad hot. Good customer service though!
