I moved in September 2013 and stayed over a year. The apartments are extremely well kept, spacious, with very good appliances. My apartment, as well as many of them, have a great view, some of the La Costa resort Golf course.
The property manager was extremely nice and very knowledgable about the complex. She was always available, and saw to it that anything I needed was taken care of right away. She was also very fair in giving me all the time I needed to move in, and out when it came to moving trucks and parking. She was also very helpful when it came to setting up utilities and answering any questions about the area. I’m very happy with my La Costa Bluffs experience!

I was driving in the area on my day off and noticed some colorful balloons and for rent sign so I stopped to take a look. Originally I was looking for a one bedroom and find out the community is only three bedrooms. The manager was very nice and helpful she made me feel so welcomed. She showed me two different floor plans and I loved them both! The larger floor plan has an AMAZING view facing the golf course. I’m really considering finding roomates and renting here. The community is very well kept and beautiful.
