Manchego cheese paired with Star Fruit and Guava for desert? Who knew it could taste so good?! Stacy never fails to come up with unique meals that have complex flavors. I’m not a red meat eater so Stacy tailored the meal for 6 that appealed to everyone’s tastes. I’d give her more stars if I could! I’m still daydreaming about that dinner.

Stacy prepared and served the food for my surprise St. Patrick’s Day birthday dinner for 23 people. She did a fantastic job. She served four appetizers, including pea soup shooters and stuffed mini potatoes, a main course of corned beef on chiabatta with horseradish and mustard sauces, and a dessert of mixed berry crumble with vanilla bean ice cream. Everyone raved about the food and its very attractive presentation. My friends are still calling me to tell me how magnificent it was. Stacy was hired to do this dinner because she had prepared several delicious meals for my wife and me. So, whether you are having a meal for just two or for twenty-​five, Chef Stacy will deliver fabulous results. She is a very likeable, friendly, warm and intelligent person. We recommend her most highly and without reservation.

I hired Chef Stacy for my husband’s promotional party. Chef Stacy created a menu, shopped, cooked, served and cleaned up. The food was amazing and I enjoyed visiting with my guests while Stacy served delicious food. Chef Stacy is professional and talented. I plan on using her for an upcoming Bridal Shower. Whether you want a family meal or an elaborate party, Chef Stacy can handle it all.

Chef Stacy is amazing. We had our family of 18 over for Mother’s Day and she cooked the most beautiful meal for all of us. The presentation was amazing, the food was delicious and I could enjoy the party instead of cooking the entire time.

Chef Stacy is a fun, energetic wonderful chef. I first tried her food at a friend’s house up the street and loved it. Her presentation of food is amazing and the kids loved her food as much as the adults. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for catering or a fun cooking party! (La Costa Valley mom)
