My first negative review on Unilocal.Brought my gf coat in before a trip to cold Portland. Still had a stain on bottom back when I came to pick it up. The bag they use didn’t even cover the whole coat. Very bush league/​chintzy. They said they would clean it for free If I left it. Gf was cold for the entire trip. I then Returned. Coat was clean but they never removed charge from credit card. Man who helped me spoke almost no English and was quite rude. Nuff said. I think.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The worst customer service ever. My elderly mother took in some of her items and when she returned to pick them up they aboluteley destroyed a very nice silk blouse. It was ripped in about eight places and rather than taking any responsibility, they yelled at her claiming it was damaged when she brought it in, which is wasn’t. Stay away if you are smart. Buyer beware.
