Thank you for assisting my wife, Pam and I with her mom. Her discharge from the hospital was a day earlier than we expected and gave us little time to put our ducks in a row to get her back home with someone to care for her. You helped make a difficult situation much easier for our family and your reassurance and support that «everything will be fine» gave us some much needed peace of mind when we needed it the most. Thanks from all of us!

I was promised that all the paperwork for my Mother’s insurance would be filed promptly by Avalon. They said they did this all the time and it was no problem. Long story, short… the insurer never received the proper paperwork from them and I could not get paid until I redid 2 months of their paperwork. I needed to take over the process because there work was so poor.
As for the care-​givers, they were fine, but they felt very mistreated by the management of this organization.
Keep looking for someone else to do you home care!

I can’t thank Lisa and Avalon Home Care enough for the help they provided for my mom and my family. Their prompt reply to my call for help was greatly appreciated. Amelia was a godsend and provided just the right amount of support for mom as we transitioned her into an assisted living facility. I don’t know what we would have done without their help! I would highly recommend Avalon Home Care to anyone looking for homecare for a loved one.
