Office has never billed my insurance company properly. Hygienist told me about «debris» being present on instruments after another staff member had sterilized them. Used «colorful» language in earshot of waiting room. Drilled fillings out that he had previously done and replaced with more expensive alternative, that insurance does not cover, and I did not give my consent for. New dentist said that these new fillings had ledges on them, which can cause more tooth decay. Some of these fillings had to be smoothed out-​causing more pain.
