I eat here about once a week. Usually car side to go. The food is usually good but sometimes cold when I get it home but that happens with car side. Only once my food was not done well but they were very accommodating. The last big snow we went in and they were the only place open. We got our food to go and the manager not only was clearing the parking lot but he and one cook were running the entire place themselves. They did a great job and took good care of us. Ill keep going back.

I want to start this review by mentioning that I have been to this specific location multiple times, with both big and small groups, and haven’t had too much of an issue. Overall, this place is a solid 3.5, but my most recent experience verged on being 2 stars. On 11÷19÷15, I was here with a big group of 15 total people. We had called to make prior reservations so they could be prepared for us. This was not the first time that I’ve been here with this large group. Service started out great. Our two servers were super pleasant. Everyone got their orders in for appetizers and meals, then we waited. And waited. And waited. It took them so long to get out our 4 appetizers that we all started to believe that they forgot about them! I didn’t have any complaints about my fried cheddar bites, but a couple at my table had complaints about their fried pickles. They were cooked much lighter than they should have been and many of them were clumped together. Our entrees came out very soon after, but thankfully we had all devoured our appetizers from having to wait so long for them! I very much enjoyed my meal. My steak was decent, but nothing spectacular. My father also got a steak, and I was appalled to see the absolutely giant chunk of broccoli that was tossed on his plate. The quality control seemed to be greatly lacking. After the entrees were served, the quality of our service dropped severely. The elderly people I was with needed help with the self checkout. A few of the people were paying in cash and needed a paper check. We had two servers and neither of them could get us paper checks within a timely manner. I had to flag down one of our servers and demand that they get us checks so we could leave. Like I said, I’ve been here before with this large group. My previous experiences were pretty good considering the size of our group, but they really dropped the ball this evening.

Chili’s is always a favorite. This place was right around the corner from our hotel. The drinks were good and the food was great! the service was a little slow, but it happens!

Great service! Staff was very pleasant. Food came out quickly. They took my special food order and even gave me a lil extra for free. Will definitely be going back.

The food and service are consistently good at this location. There is a female bartender, however, that has a megaphone voice and the smarmy charm of that Chotchkie’s waiter from Office Space(times five). If the management could reel that in a bit, this place would be five stars.

My favourite thing about this restaurant was the automated checkout with an e-mailed receipt — great idea! I got the fajitas which came out really great, the meat, onions and peppers were very tasty. It only came with 3 wraps though — should have had 4. Refills were very quick, barely got to the bottom of my glass. Overall very satisfied.

As always, great food and great service! Had the bacon jack chicken again and it was marvelous. The server checked on us periodically, provided whatever we asked for and even let us know the servers would be changing over and who out new server would be before we were done.

Boo hiss to Chili’s in Carlisle, PA… after arriving around 4:30 p.m. today, we were seated for over 10 minutes with no one stopping at our table. We then overheard the hostess telling people who were there before us they’d be waited on «eventually» and they only had 2 servers. The restaurant was about half-full. No thanks. We went elsewhere. I looked for the hostess or a manager on the way out and none could be found. I got home and tried to call in to speak with the manager and no one answered the phone. We are regular Chili’s customers(at least once a month) at this location, but today’s experience might just change that.
