I recently had my kitchen remodeled and used vanity fair. Working with Billy was a great experience. My husband and myself had a very good working relationship with billy He was very helpful with the designs and everything he drew up was done to perfection. His workers showed up on time and were very nice respectful people. they also cleaned up after themselves very well. The cabinets we have are gorgeous wood with sliding draws. I was completely satisfied with the workmanship. We haven’t had any problems with the kitchen. I’ve recommended him to some of my friends and they too have not had any issues. His work is beautiful and very detailed oriented.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! My experience with Bill Carney– owner of Vanity Fair Kitchen and Bath. Bill pretends to be your friend and an honest and sincere guy until he gets your money… then you are screwed! Besides the grossly overpriced kitchen cabinets he installed in my Kitchen which still have poorly working drawers, and loose ends, he installed what were supposed to be «frameless» shower doors in our bathroom. Only, the doors have frames all around… why? Because Bill told me he knows what we want and not to worry, order them sight unseen and pay in CASH! When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the final product Bill claimed he was too busy to help us. A few months later and endless calls to him, his guys show up to fix the issue(for which I am expected to pay another $ 700) only to be handed a release form stating they are not responsible for anything. REALLY Bill, really? Time to call a more reputable company…

To say I was dissatisfied with the level of service would be an understatement. I would not even give them 1 star if it were possible. Billy the owner is one of the most vial irrational business man I have ever encountered. He verbally insults his customers and calls them names. I spent well over $ 30,000 in his store and when a toilet seat came in the wrong color he refused to exchange it for the right color. He claims that he spoke to Toto the manufacture directly and they refused to take it back. I called Toto directly and there was no record of him speaking to anyone. When I asked what their return or exchange policy was they told me that as long as the box was in original condition they would have no problem exchanging it. I would never ever suggest purchasing anything from this retailer your better off going to the manufacturers directly or finding a different retailer.
