I mainly go here for the bread… service is always great. Food is average… I don’t get seafood ahaha ironic but they seem frozen or always over seasoned or cooked(I get the steak usually)

Horrible visit. I went a Thursday(4÷29÷16) night with my family(party of 6) and got seated right away. We had to wait over 20 minutes just for biscuits to be on the table and drinks longer. Mind you all around sodas. It wasn’t even crowded really. Over an hour wait for our food. The platters were not given all together. I order steak medium and it was given burnt to a crisp. Mind you I was the last one to get my food. The manager came to the table to alleviate the situation but it didn’t help at all. Very slow service and they seem to skimp on the food. I ended waiting another 25 minutes for the steak. It was a horrible experience. Food is very salty. I would not recommend this location. I have been to waaay better red lobster restaurants.

Food and drinks took forever. The food was cold when we got it and it was blamed on the 1 order of steak amongst the 5 other orders.

Very clean restaurant with fantastic service… Pricey… but banging drinks…($ 25 ultimate margarita) Yikes! Most of the menu is very salty and buttery… I got the crab legs with some solid sides, a salad and stuffed my face with cheddar biscuits… Was it good… Yea… Worth the price? Meh… For what it’s worth I had a great time… but I only went because I had a gift card and used that in combination with free appetizer on the website…

For the Seafood Lover in you! I walked in here on a Friday(Good Friday) & I was already expecting the worst. But, to my surprise as busy and packed as it was they handled everything excellent. We were seated pretty quickly considering how busy it was. Greeted by our waiter Gerry, who was nothing but professional and efficient. The food? It’s Red Lobster Food. If you’ve never been, visit a local Red Lobster and enjoy! The doing room is on the larger side. We were seated in a little room 6 other table… Ahhhh, nice & quiet. Thank you! The wait time for our dinner wasn’t too bad. Actually I liked that there was a bit of a pause between course because One can indulge instead of keep piling it down. The place is clean & looks somewhat updated/renovated. Of course there’s a bar available w/tables but it’s on the smaller side. All in all– a great experience.

I’ve never had such great service! Our waitress Heidi was super attentive, extremely polite and professional and beyond accommodating! She even gave us extra biscuits to take home with our left overs. The bus boy Ricky was also just as amazing and sweet. Very unexpected from a red lobster, beyond pleased!

Could be better… We waited ten minutes. We were escorted into one of the dining areas, only two other parties were seated. Why make people wait?!! My family and I had their dinner specials, $ 17.99 each. We tried their lobster pizza for appetizer. «Where’s the lobster?!» It was a thin crust, about 8″ in diameter.-this you can skip. Save yourself, $ 11.00 plus change. Dinner special, we had: New England Chowder, Caesar salad/cole slaw, baby shrimp and tiny scallop linguine, Cajun chicken with linguine in Alfredo sauce. Then for dessert, brownie a la mode. The dessert was good. Drinks– separate price-soda was $ 2.59 each. The Cajun chicken with linguine in Alfredo sauce was real salty. Their biscuit with cheddar was good. They have public wifi, TV monitors by their bar.

Service is everything. If I knew seating at the bar was going to delay my drink and food by 15 min. By ignoring me chit chatting with drunks and a lonely girl then I should have sat in the booths. Service was the only thing that sucked!

Went with my bestie for lunch and had a great time. Waiter was very friendly and accommodating to our time constraints. Delicious food and great margaritas. Definitely will be coming back.

Best Red Lobster experience I’ve had in a long time. I swear they just revived themselves. I’m not gonna lie though, I left there questioning whether or not they saw my check in when I sat down lmao because babyyy, they were just too nice today haha. The service was great. I was on a lunch date with one of my girlfriends. We told our server we were in a rush & he quickly got everything out to us within 20 minutes(drinks, salads, app & meals). I ordered a mango Mai tai & it tasted like a glorified fruit punch so he happily removed it from my bill. The food was good. The main thing that brings me back to Red Lobster is their bless your heart biscuits. Those things are dangerous lol before you know it you’re two baskets in and reevaluating your life lol. No but seriously the service I received today was great. I was in and out.

Very clean and easy to find however the food took a while to come out. The waiter kept saying«a few minutes» but it was more like 10 – 15 minutes. Not the best service but clean.

Ok so I have to admit to loving the cheddar biscuits here. but other than that, the seafood is pretty mediocre. I guess it what you’d expect from a chain restaurant like Ref Lobster. I must commend them on the variety of their menus, however, the overall quality of the food, along with the flavors are, as I said, mediocre. With that being said, it is a great place to satisfy a sudden fried seafood craving. My husband loves it here because he loves seafood. We both got coconut shrimp and lobster tails. He also ordered fried shrimps. The serving sizes are huge and we had a lot to take home, especially after filling up on biscuits! The last time we were here, our waiter Hasan was attentive and efficient and everything a good waiter is.

Came here with my parents over the weekend. For starters, we had the oysters. Great choice! My parents loved it. Of course, we were served the biscuits. My mom had the Bar harbor Lobster Bake. It had Petite lobster tails, split and roasted with shrimp, mussels and tomatoes. Served over linguini in a garlic and white wine. Dad had the NY strip and a pound of lobster with baked potato. His didnt seem like much, but it was a lot of food! He was loving it. I had a pre-fixe menu deal for $ 17.99. For starters, I had the New England clam chowder, then the cesar salad. For the entrée, I had the shrimp fettuccine alfredo and for dessert, i ordered the brownie a la mode. My dad and I had the pink sangria and my mom had the bahama mama. I really enjoyed my meal and experience here. Will love to come back soon!

Overpriced microwaved seafood, VERY slow service, food was mediocre(at best). The dish I got was pretty good — Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp & Salmon, BUT — it was only tasty because it was loaded with salt and butter. The prices you pay here are what you will pay at a fancy restaurant with fresh seafood, take your funds and use them there.

Service during busy times is always sub par. Waited about 25 minutes for a table for 8 on a Saturday, not tooo bad. But there was a big crowd waiting, host didn’t seem to be handling the crowd well… its like my dad always says«don’t mess with hungry people»…lol Waitress didn’t come around much, other guest at my table were frustrated they weren’t getting things they asked for. FOOD: i ordered there new tacos, choice of shrimp, lobster and i think fish… i got lobster. My 3 tacos had about 2 small pieces of lobster each, except for the third, that taco only had ONEPIECE! …NOTCOOL… it was basically a shell filled with lettuce!(Also had a little pico stuff). Comes with a side of rice pilaf… i subed(for an extra charge) lobster mash potato. …which is one of my faves from here… also not so much lobster(ANNOYIN) and very basic. My cesar salad wasn’t the freshest, lettuce was a lil brown. My strawberry mojito was good, except for the mold on my strawberry placed on the rim of my cup… YIKES! They did give me another one when I mentioned it to the waitress… cheers! Oh well… at the end of the day… we’re here for cheddar biscuits. …rite?!? Those are always YUMMMMMY!

This is my favorite Red Lobster to visit. If there is a wait, it’s never as long as they say. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. I never had a problem with my food. The service is mediocre. I never had horrible service but no one ever was every great enough to ask for his or her service again. The only thing that annoyed me on one visit was charging me for a full glass of orange juice. I ordered the Korbel brut and wanted just a splash of OJ in it. Instead she brought me a full glass OJ with ice and charged me for it. I didn’t say anything but the next time I ordered it I just took my glass to the bar and asked for a splash of OJ.

I got the the«Create Your Own» combo. I had the grilled shrimp on a skewer, shrimp linguini & stuffed flounder. This is the perfect combo because I got to choose a little bit of everything. Sort of like a smörgåsbord. The service was ok being that the waiter was a newbie. He forgot a few things like the straws for our drinks, a steak knife for my friend’s steak & clearing the table when we were done with the salad & bread. He also forgot to ask my friend how’d she wanted her steak to be cooked. He came out promptly once he realized. He was polite and apologized about moving slow. This Red Lobster is nice & peaceful. Everyone seems to be nice.

Red Lobster, for the patient seafood lover in you. I stopped by Red Lobster this week for what I thought would be a quick lunch. Not happening today. I’m a regular at Red Lobster, I enjoy their selection of seafood. Yes, it’s a chain how good can the food be but generally I’m pleased with what I find at the Lobster. Who can resist the Cheddar Bay biscuits to start every meal? I love them, we when through two baskets at our table today. The staff at this location were very friendly and accommodating. They were quick to take our order and quick with the drink refills. Sadly, it took forever for our food to come out of the kitchen. The restaurant was not even very crowded but it took almost a full hour till our lunch entrees reached the table. I ordered the hand-breaded shrimp entrée with a baked potato. I enjoyed the dish. The shrimp were cooked to my liking. The dish came with a Caesar salad which I enjoyed too. My mom ordered the Sailors Platter which included hand-breaded shrimp, garlic shrimp scampi, and a broiled fish filet. She added a side of mixed vegetables. The dish looked very appetizing and the flavors were spot on. So overall, taste wise we had a very nice meal. Sadly the overall experience was marred by the long wait time for the food to arrive at our table. This wait seems fairly typical at this location; it’s not the first time we’ve had to wait so long for our food. I think I may be finally giving up on this location. A new seafood chain opened up nearby, it may be time for me to give them a try. Disappointed.
