Impossible to get an appointment that will work with your schedule. And the attitude from the staff is off-putting. I recommend staying away. I’ve been trying to get back to see the dr and they are not accommodating at all. This is frustrating because I already purchased contacts from them and now I am having issues with them.

AVOID at all cost, i had the same problem as the other one. I went in to get a copy of my prescription and this old lady Maxine refuse to give my prescription sighting that i need to get another eye exam, what? I just had my eye exam and its not even due for at least 2 more months, and I was told that it’s still eligible for another year. She insist that you get I get my lenses and or contact lenses from them and even go to the extent of badmouthing those online sellers, that they are not safe because they are not legally accredited. This is full of BS, I will definitely file a complaint about this store’s wrongful practice.

This place is a joke — even with insurance they require you to at least buy two boxes of contacts or a frame/glasses through them. Same contacts that i buy online for $ 22 cost $ 56 per box here! Pretty crazy and not cool. I would not go here!

CAUTION — AVOID I was here for an eye exam. I took my prescription and wanted to order contacts off of the internet – which you are legally allowed to do so 1 year after the exam. MetroVision lied to the company and informed them my prescription was not current. MetroVision then called me the next day and tried to sell me on another exam and pay a higher price for contacts from their store. Their dishonesty annoys me so much that I have considered reporting them to the State for an investigation. According to the state website, MetroVision must follow this law: # If a patient wants to fill her prescription on-line or at another optical shop, am I required to provide a copy of her prescription? Yes, according to Education Law and Regulations you must provide a copy of the prescription. Section 29.1(b)(7) of the Regents Rules state that it is unprofessional conduct for a licensee to fail to make available to a patient or client, upon request, copies of documents in the possession or under the control of the licensee which have been prepared and paid for by the patient or client. This is unprofessional conduct indeed.
