Good prices, great sales, wonderful staff. The handbags are seconds though. Inspect for the defects thoroughly before you buy. Not the same with clothing or shoes though. Sign up for the text messages with further discounts.

(This review is mostly about the Bass product, as opposed to the generally good outlet itself.)
I’ve been buying and exclusively wearing Bass Shoes, bought from THIS outlet, for the last 20 years or more. If I had written this review in 1990 or even 2005, it would have been five stars. Their product was wonderful. Comfortable. Wore well. And the outlet itself would honor trade-​in discounts for shoes that had not worn well. Bravo for them! They kept my business for two decades.
However, in the last five years, I have gotten shoes that wear terribly, fall apart in the oddest of ways, need soles much quicker than ever before. Gone are the days of getting a discount for trading in badly worn shoes as well.
I’ve switched to Bostonians, which so far have thrilled me.

This Bass Outlet has been supplying me with loafers ever since the days in private school and I found a pair of sandals about 5 years ago that I LIVE FOR because they are so comfortable and stylish but I have never seen anything like them ever again and I go often to check it out. So sad. Still, they have great shoes at great prices and there is always a sale going on. My friend found the absolute cutest pair of sunglasses that were 65% off, a total of $ 12.50 and they really looked like Fendi. I didn’t find my shoes that I love and want again so desperately in a new version, but I will continue to come back and cross my fingers every time :)

Great selection of items and very good prices when everything is on liquidation sale. I’m not sure I’d buy anything at the tag price. My only issue is that some of the clothes seem to be irregulars, so you have to try a few of the same item to get one that fits right. A solid 3.5, but I’m pushing it to 4 stars because I like the colors and patterns on pretty much all the clothes, which is pretty rare to find.

this has been my go-​to shop as of the last 4 years. their clothes is perfect for my taste: preppy, simple, professional, and cute. the staff here are very helpful and go above and beyond to help you find what youre looking for and the perfect size. they all wear the clothes from there so they help in how certain items fit. they remember me everytime i go in.
