Tech 4 Life Computers

Been using Tech4Life for about 5 years now. I’m a small business owner. Just me, my husband and our great tech team, Tech4Life! It is such a relief to be able to call Jesse or one of the guys at Tech4Life when I’ve got a crisis! Between cell phones, pcs and accessing client applications, there are days when we are in way over our head. They always resolve my «crisis» quickly and efficiently. Thank you Jesse. Thank you Steve. I am repairing damage done by Tech «4» Life to the computer of very smart octogenarian. He needed help restoring all his files from a backup drive to his computer after HP replaced his hard drive sans personal files. His backup drive was pretty new (usb 3.0) and had a one month old complete backup. Jesse told him his backup drive had to be «reformatted» and promptly wiped out his personal files. Jesse then attempted to recover the damage and handed the client his drive with about 200 «restored» nonsense files. He told the customer it was «your fault.»
This gentleman did everything right, recent backup, good backup drive, hired the local advertiser. In exchange he lost every photo and file of his deceased wife and was belittled by a tech whose opinion of himself is way out of touch with reality.
If your technology is part of your life, don’t even consider trusting it to these guys. The number «4» in their name says alot, since most of the world considers 4 to be the most unlucky number. It is the same word as «death» in Chinese.

I tried and tried to reach out to them to have them assist with a simple issue, but it was nearly impossibe to get them to call us back. My parents live in Cave Creek and needed some help so we tried to use these guys because they’re local. Fortunately for them they must be really busy because we called several times and only received one call back. Steve left a message for us, and we literally called back just a few moments later and it went to voicemail again.
Anyhow, after not hearing back we were forced to call the Geek Squad and they helped us out. Just a thought… This is an area where many of the residents just want a live person to answer. Just a bit old fashioned I suppose.

Great and quick service! Had a computer virus that Jesse fixed in an instant, and calmed me down in the process too! Would recommend them to anyone!

Tech 4 Life is very good at what they do with all things computer related and I just wanted to thank Steve for the consultation today. He is a great resource for home and business computer systems and reasonably priced. He knows his stuff. We are lucky to have Steve and his team up here in Cave Creek & Carefree.

Tech 4 Life sent a technician to my friend’s house in Carefree when her computer was frozen by a nasty virus. The tech guy was efficient and polite, and not only eradicated the virus, but made sure that the virus protection program was up to date, the backup program was running properly, temporary files were deleted, and the disk was cleaned up. The price was incredibly fair. If you live in the Carefree area and need technical support, give these guys a call!
