What a scam artist and ego maniac. Stay away from her newest scam– As if she has «the» real knowledge to help people when she can’t help her self.

What I love about Sara and her NewMe Movement is that it is a wonderful source of inspiration, and not just about weight loss. It is really about reaching for overall health and wellness, loving my curves, and knowing I can make each day better than the last and have this group of women supporting my highs and lows. Sara has a warmth and sincerity that is almost impossible to convey «via cyberspace», but it is her pumping heart that comes through loud and clear — through cardio and kindness! What has been different for me on this program — and I have tried them all — is that the weight loss is a side effect of the clarity and support Sara brings to truly living in a mindful, healthy way. I feel like I have Sara’s happy smile and encouraging voice in my head when I am making choices — I think — What Would Sara Do? And that usually brings me to my answer — eat veggies, enjoy those indulgences once in a while and move your butt!
