He might be a fine lawyer for my issue but I wouldn’t know. His legal assistant insists on answering legal questions herself while supposedly passing on phone consultation requests to him. The first time I called (to speak to him not her) with an issue she actually said she would find an answer based on her «connections» which she won’t reveal, and get back to me. When I called back a few days later she had an answer– which I later discovered was not just a little off, COMPLETELY wrong.
After that I called twice over 2 months and she told me he planned to call me. That was 2 months ago. Whatever is going on it’s bad practice. If you don’t have the time or inclination to help me with my issue than just say that.
As for the assistant’s «answer» perhaps she should be careful, not only is it bad practice, it borders on practicing law without a license.
