So, last night I went in to have a shirt printed, the girl was very nice and helpful. But, I got the shirt home and the printing was way too low. I called back this morning and said I’d be glad to bring in another shirt, if I could just get it reprinted. He gave me some attitude, but said he’d do it. Fast forward: Guy inverts two letters on the additional shirt I brought in, of course I find it, after I brought it home. I call back, I’m pretty nice, saying I can give it one more try but would like a store credit for the price of the other two messed up tank tops. I’m in $ 35 bucks here now. He says he was doing me a favor, and the girl hadn’t even charged me the right price to begin with(how is that my problem?). I give up, and just say forget it. Bad customer service, this is the 4th time I’ve been in to have things printed as well. But, I won’t be back.

Wish I could give 0 stars as well. They made me pay before the shirt was even ready(1st sign I should’ve noticed). I come back. Shirt is not done! I ask for my money back because I really need to go to SJ and he says he can’t help me. When I ask for my money back, he says it’s only store credit(he points to the only, little sign they have at the shop) When I ask him to give me a gift card he doesn’t know how to issue a fkn gift card… Are you serious? He calls his boss and he’s going to be here in 20 minutes NEVER again am I coming here and don’t recommend anyone to come here… Now I have to wait because I don’t want to loose 33 dollars ! I’m so upset. Worst customer service is ever.

Wish I could give ZERO stars but I can’t. These guys are total rip offs, sent my wife in with my credit card to get a logo I already designed put on two T-shirts for my daughter that I already owned. So I provided the shirts AND the logos/art work and the scam artist charged my wife $ 76.30! What a joke! My normal screen printer charges me $ 7 per shirt and $ 13 per hoodie! BUYERBEWARE, these guys will prey on a lady bye herself with her husbands credit card in hand! I will be contacting better business bureau ASAP. Criminals.

I not only agree with the first person, but I would even try to deal with them. I thought I would buy locally, so I called on my way to SJ to get 4 shirts. Mo the manager cut me a deal, so I thought it would be nice to help a local business. NOT. He wasn’t there, but another employee helped me. He was nice, but he didn’t give me the deal I was verbally promised. I didn’t have time to go back to SJ, so I just bought them. They were all bundled up, so they were given out never thinking it could be misspelled. I went to show the manager(who is rarely there) and after 4 attempts, I had to go to the Capitola Mall Manager. She talked with him to make him do the right thing and remake them. He wouldn’t give me a refund, but he would remake them when I round them up from everyone. They haven’t changed the template, so if you want a tshirt there, beware, it may be misspelled. The owner was going to charge me $ 5– to change the color since the one I originally wanted was a heart(red) and the one I wanted wouldn’t look good. He finally gave it to me for free, but I have to do this one more time. Don’t bother going there because if I could give no stars I would. Buyers BEWARE!
