Everything went great when they installed my tankless water heater. Once we had a problem with it however, and it caused damage to another part of the house, it went down hill fast! The Operations Manager came out to my residence and tried to find every reason why they shouldn’t turn the work into their insurance company. He even lied straight to my face about issues that weren’t even present or had anything to do with the issue at hand. Although they were contracted by Home Depot, I would still highly recommend the HD. I would, however, strongly recommend against using this company to do anything with your property. Their integrity is in significant question with me.
