Fox’s Pizza Den

I was hesitant about going to Fox’s after a day of wake boarding at canyon lake with family due to negative reviews but im glad I did!!! The wings were meh, but the pizza pie was very good!!! It hit the spot after an eventful day at the lake.

Well, on a Monday, your choices are limited. We were looking for pizza and this was the only place open. Even though the reviews were not good, we were desperate. We called them at 7pm. The guy said they were slammed and it wouldn’t be ready for an hour. We ordered 3 larges anyway. We drove over there around 7:45pm. Glad we brought the 4×4! Entrance to the parking lot was a bit rough. We walked in and the place was empty of customers. Not a beehive of action we had expected. We walked up and told the guy we were here for our order and he said he didn’t have an order for us. We told him we called an hour ago! We confirmed his phone #. Yep. Right store. Then his coworker came up and said we have that order. Hum, you are working one order for 8pm pickup, people come in just before 8, you have 3 pizzas in the oven, maybe it belongs to the people walking in. Just not the brightest folks around.
How was the pizza you are asking? It was pretty good actually. Little thin on the topping like others have said but still tasted good.
I’d prob order here again if there were not any other choices.

YUCKY. As another reviewer stated, the gas station has better pizza. Greasy. Delivery expensive. Pizza expensive. I was so embarassed when I bought pizza for the gang who helped me move and we got… this…

The only reason this place is here is because there are NO other options. PLEASE make better pizza — we need it here!

We ordered a pizza to be delivered and they told us it would be 1 hour. Expected that but after 2 hours and no pizza we called to see where it is. We were trying to be nice and patient as it was a weekend. The manager tells us that is «out the door». 25 minutes later we get our ice COLD pizza. We called and the management would do absolutely nothing for us, no compensated pizza, no coupon, NOTHING! We will NEVER go back there!
