Creek Hollow Rv Park

Cute cabins not to far from Guadalupe River. Very quiet and relaxing location. The owner takes excellent care of the cabins. She was also very resourceful. Will definitely be back in the future and gladly recommend the park to all my friends.

We were looking for a location, not too far from Austin, with cabins AND RV spots. We found Creek Hollow Cabins in Canyon Lake. I loved the quaint — getting away from it all — feeling of this place. Lots of mature trees make it peaceful — not a «parking lot» RV camp. The cabin was only a few spots away from the RV site.
The owner and her son were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us back into the site which faced away from other RV’s. They brought over lovely Adirondack chairs so that all of us could hang out at the RV. They offered to lend us any equipment, if we needed it. When we were breaking camp, they told us to take as much time as we needed. They opened the back gate for an easier exit and even watched for traffic so we could safely turn left out of the park.
The entrance is steep and a little intimidating but everything was easily navigated. Lots of cats around added to the atmosphere and provided entertainment. There are quite a few long term residents, who were also friendly. Car noise could be heard from the street but the trees helped muffle the sound so that the birds were louder than the cars.
This is an older property. Everything was clean yet some areas of the campground could use a little TLC. There was very low water pressure in shower at the cabin. The weather prevented us from using the hot tub or the pool but they both looked clean.
