Always great food. Lunch buffet is a great deal for kids and adults. Love the fact the owner asks you what kinda of pizza you would like for the buffet… really helpful. My favorite is the salad bar with the cheesy bread and the cinnamon pizza sticks. Restaurant is always clean and the staff helpful.

General manager Rena Bat(has a longer last name but she wouldn’t give it to me) is so rude and disrespectful and lacks customer service in every realm. I placed a relatively small order($ 33) on Saturday evening via online ordering. When the food arrived and we opened the box then realizing the pizza had no sauce on it. The small chicken wings and dessert items were fine(not hot but not the problem) I looked at the receipt and it said on the receipt«no sauce». I reviewed my email confirmation which clearly says«regular sauce.» I called them up and spoke to them explaining what happened the staff were nice, trying to be helpful but restricted in what they can do as there was no manager there. I had to wait while they called the manager then I had to wait for them to call me back and there was about an hour of on and off calls. Seriously? At this point just give me a refund of my pizza that’s it. Everything is cold. I don’t need another pizza now. I even forwarded a copy of my on line confirmation to the girl I was talking to on the phone. She said she was trying her best and all she could do was to have the manager call me on Monday. To my surprise I actually just received a phone call from the manager Rena. From the moment she began speaking she did not stop: she was rude, she was disrespectful, she was aggressive and she said«I will not give you a refund unless you bring me your food back and I can see it with my own eyes.» I told her«it is Monday — this happened Saturday, it’s in the trash» she suggested I get it out of my trash and take it to her. I told her she was being unreasonable and that her level of customer service was so bad that I was going to make a Unilocal review. She said«fine go ahead» and hung up the phone. I called their corporate customer service to make a complaint. Taking this much time is hardly worth $ 33 and honestly it’s so not about the money at all. It’s the principle and when customers choose to give their hard earned money to a business — you would expect some level of customer service. Big thumbs down!!! 2÷3÷2016 — update: it’s been 9 days since I made a complaint with the corporate office and no call back, email, letter — nothing. No response. I just called now to follow up and was told that they(the phone center for corporate/customer service) would pass the info along again. Unbelievable!

I had called round pizza at 5:27 and I ordered one large pizza with a side of garlic bread and I told them it was a delivery but I’m using my debit card they ask for my Card number and I give it to them she told me the price total will come to $ 27.23 and right when they charged and they hung up the phone I saw on my history for my card that on my Phone that they had charged me $ 47.23 I called back that second and I was very angry I made sure she canceled $ 20.00 I told her that if she did not cancel it and I did not get my money back within 3 – 5 days that I was going to go down there they r Thieves I recommended do not go to round table Also I wanted to mention that my order did not arrive till 7:26

Great pizza! Not so great customer service. Super slow delivery. Maybe they should hire a few more delivery guys. It’s to bad. The delivery guy gets the short end of the stick because of management. Bummer for them.

There is no doubt that the pizza is great. But the service is the terrible. And after reading some of these reviews it is a problem that the owner does not care to resolve. I’ve never seen an adult there that appears to be management. Every time I order it is a problem. I stopped having the food delivered because the average delivery time is over an hour. So I started to pick up. But when I get there I still have to wait. This time, tonight, my husband ordered and I picked up. I got there and paid at the register. I paid with a credit card. I handed the young man the receipt after I signed and he looked at the bottom. I had this odd feeling that he was looking to see if I had added a tip, which I had not. He then told me that it would be a few more minutes. I looked on the counter, under the heat lamp and saw 2 boxes that would fit what I ordered, with a receipt hanging out. I watched the same young man go to the back and talk to others. No doubt others were busy back there. I saw 2 other boxes go to the heat lamp counter. No one came back to the counter. After 10 minutes, the one guy who was cleaning and working the tables and salad bar, came over to the counter and asked the guy in back about the pizzas. He then grabbed the boxes with the receipt hanging out, the same one I saw when I got there, and yelled«to go for …» which was me. I was furious. I told the guy how irritated I was and that the boxes were there the whole time. He was apologetic but it wasn’t his fault, as he was cleaning and doing his own work when I was there. I just took the pizza and left as they had wasted enough of my time. I am sure there are employees who work hard there, but there are others who do not. I have called several times in the past and spoke to the owner and manager on how some of his employees have no customer service skills and have no pride in their work. I keep going back thinking the owner has pride in his business and in the community and would make changes. That is apparently not the case. And you can tell by reading all the reviews. I will not be giving my hard earned money to a business owner who has no respect for his paying customers concerns or the community who has kept him in business for years.

This Round Table is on the corner of Sand Canyon and Soledad right next to Yum Yum’s. Yes, the food is kind of pricey.(Also you can usually get 15% off or a few dollars cut off a large or XL with coupon) But Damn the Pizza is so good for a chain pizza. Pizza hut and domino’s do not compare. Delivery can be a bit of a wait on certain days but it’s worth it. It’s delicious pizza.(If your speaking to a driver on the phone they might let you have the discount sometimes with out coupon– a plus ;) Also! Weekdays they have a pizza buffet, which is all you can eat pizza, salad, and a drink. It’s best if there’s other in there also eating buffet so they continue to make pizza often. And I believe its from 11 – 2. I wish the price wasn’t so high. But I will continue to enjoy my pricey gourmet pizza

I love round table pizza and have been ordering Guineveres garden pizza for years, I love it over my reg cheese I usually get. Today my husband wanted pizza so I said sure wanting Gywns, but when he got home with the pies mine was not what he ordered, we live 25 minutes away, he called to report it and the person on the other end actually argued with him that the order is right! I a sure you its not. So in the future, if we even return, double check because they don’t.

Round Table is expensive! 2 med pizzas, boneless wings and 3 fountain drinks for $ 43. Their pizza doesn’t taste as good as Pizza Hut and Pizza Hut is less money.

Pizza is good, but got dang the service is SLOW. Called in an order, they said 30 minutes. Went down there, they said«like 10 more minutes.» Waited 15, finally got the pizza. Now, I used to work at a Round Table, so I know how long it takes to make a pizza. Answer: Not that long! It’s not like they were busy — the phone rang once the whole time I was there, and zero customers came through the door. Still the tastiest chain pizza place, though. And, service was super friendly, even if it was slow.

Instead of enjoying a nice fresh pizza this evening I am writing a Unilocal review while my pizza sits in the oven. First, an hour for delivery on a Tuesday night doesn’t make much sense, but alas the online ordering told me it would take that long so I chose to wait. Then, an hour and 20 minutes later I had to call to check on the status of my order. An employee by the name of Eric proceeded to call me a liar by saying I only ordered the pizza 37 minutes ago. Is it just me or should you NEVER call a customer a liar? When the driver arrived he apologized for the long wait and said they were running behind. I pointed out the time in which I ordered my pizza so he could go back and show it to his holier-than-thou Co worker. Finally, we get our pizza and OFCOURSE it is cold. I made my husband call back because I was quite flustered and insulted. Eric offered to deliver another pizza. Sorry it’s already after 9 pm, I don’t care to wait another hour and a half. Then offered 15% off our next order. With the service we received this evening I don’t believe there will be a next order. I’m not sure what could have resolved this but an apology for starters would have been nice. I used to enjoy round table. With so many other options now, I think I’ll drive a little further for better service.

Got the delivery. For some many other places offering deals it was quite expensive compared to their competition. $ 33 for a large pizza and breadsticks. Not only that but it took over an hour and a half. I live less than a mile away! Probably won’t be going there or ever ordering from there again.

Got here at noon to feed the kiddies, found the place desserted but clean. There were two HALF pizzas at the buffet. It is now 12:37. A few more people showed up. No more pizza at buffet. Won’t be back.

Had a birthday, the birthday girl wanted pizza We were a 2/3s of a mile away from their designated delivery area. Spoke to Ethan after speaking to the manager and supervisor… He GLADLY delivered our pizza! I understand rules are rules, but when you present a certain situation and resolution… You expect SOMETHING to happen. A paying customer hates hearing the word«no» especially if he is less than a mile away from the final destination point. I was happy with the pizza, but this demonstration of someone going out of their way to make me happy was VERY worth the additional tip.

If the pizza weren’t so good, I’d give it 2 stars. The seating area is huge and they have a very, very mini arcade inside. I went during lunch on Christmas Eve and the place was poorly lit and was empty. Was not inviting at all. I will probably order delivery from now on.
