Elegant Shapes II

Went here for the first time and was not disappointed. I was really skeptical getting my brows done here at fist because of all the bad reviews but I gave it a shot and Latifa was great. I usually go to the ES in Valencia but I’ll be coming back to ES II. They were very friendly, place was clean and close to home.

No shame that I’m a male that gets my eyebrows done. They do an awesome job and aren’t expensive like some other places. Check out the Valencia location as well!

I am very happy with how Rozina does my eyebrows. It’s been quite the process getting my eyebrows just the right shape. We are trying to grow them out so they are thicker and closer to their natural shape.

I walked in to get my brows cleaned up, and was helped after a girl that walked in after me without a appointment. I was waiting for the guy who was busy on the phone to finish before I could get my brows done yet the lady that checked me in had chose to do the girl that walked In after me, the guy on the phone gave a girl that was sitting on the couch behind me a look as to wether or not she wanted to do them and she opended her eyes big at him and shook her head as though I was infected by a disease. I calmly walked out and will never return.

I usually go to the Elegant Shapes in Valencia but today I had no time to drive out there but I needed to get my brows done! Came here and I absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the woman who did my eyebrows but she was great! Before threading them, she explained to me what she was going to do and even after finishing, she explained once again. It really made me feel a part of the experience rather than just another customer.
Love it here!

Compared to Valencia location, I was a bit disappointed. It was a brief 10 – 15 minute wait and I was done 10 minutes later. I am attaching a picture of the scars next to my eyebrows from threading my skin ;(

I use to go to the Valencia location but it was always so busy and further from my home. This location is much closer. It can get busy on the weekends so be prepared for a bit of a wait. If you can, ask for ALLEN. I love that he never over threads and leaves beautiful shaped eyebrows.

This was my first time here. The girl was very friendly and greeted me once I walked in. She made conversation with me while she was doing my eyebrows. And I was in there no more then 10 mins and I love how my eyebrows came out! :)

It’s kinda annoying that they advertise eyelashes extensions when they can’t offer it at this location

I love this place! They always doing an amazing job and are so kind. I have been to a lot of places in SCV and this one is the best for sure.

I used to get my eyebrows waxed, but I wanted to try threading since waxing was bad for my skin. I came here and it barely hurt. They work fast and my eyebrows were great!

I love this place. I’ve had my eyebrows shaped by everyone that works in this establishment and have never had a bad experience. Quality work for a fair price. I’ll never go elsewhere!

So glad they opened this location. I loved the valencia location, but it was out of my way and the wait was sometimes too long. Latifa does my eyebrows and always does a great job! Always very consistent!

First time here and I have to say I am very happy the way Latifa did my eyebrows. They came out perfect. Just the way I like my eyebrows to be. Latifa is excellent very nice… I told her she’s is hired and will be coming back to her. I was recommended to her from a group page on FB.
I use to drive all the way to Northridge to get my brows done and so tired of doing that. This place is 5 minutes away from my house so it’s perfect. And they are open late. The place is very clean and inexpensive. The girl you checks you in was very nice and polite. Didn’t catch her name. Since it was my first time they gave me an entire price list sheet with all the services they offer. So happy I found a new place to get my eyebrows done.

My eyebrows looked great after, my only complaint is that the lady doing my threading went painfully slow. It was pretty close to sheer torture. I’ve had many, many eyebrow threading experiences and this was the 2^nd most painful experience I’ve had. Maybe my threader wasn’t very experienced, I’m not sure. During a good threading, it is almost pain-​free. This, unfortunately was not one of those times.

My first time here and first time threading and I was pleased with my groomed brows!
I don’t have naturally thick brows or arched but I waited 3 weeks for them to grow out in time for threading. I had Alan and he was very polite and quick! I was in and out in 15 minutes and my brows are cleaned and not overthreaded. I’ll be coming back soon!

Just came here for my first time and absolutely love the way my eyebrows look! I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the lady who was working today because I would 100% go to her again. She was very sweet and definitely knew what she was doing.
The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars was the fact that she was alone and there were a lot of people waiting. I’m glad I had an appt, otherwise I would’ve been there a while. Some people left and I felt so bad for the lady who was working there because she was trying her best to accommodate everyone.
I’m definitely coming back!

Love getting my eyebrows done in the Valencia location and canyon country location. But there should really be more than one person at the canyon location so that there isn’t such a long wait. What could have been a 20 min visit turns into an hour. It’s kind of a waste of a time.

I used to go to the Elegant Shapes in Valencia and I loved it there! When I found out they opened one less than 5 minutes away from my house, I was more than excited.
I’ve been going to the Canyon Country Elegant Shapes location since it’s opened! The first beautician I got was Anastasia, and I’ve been seeing her since it opened. She always seems slightly stressed when there are a lot of customers waiting, so she kind of rushes them. She does a much better job when there is less pressure on her. But nonetheless, my eyebrows always turned out fine. A little uneven, but nothing too noticeable.
Today, I went to go get my eyebrows done and Anastasia was not in. Allen was there, and he said that he could do them or I could just come back tomorrow if I insisted on Anastasia doing them. Today was the only day this week I could come in so I said he could do them. As I was sitting in the chair as he threaded my eyebrows I kept thinking about another review I’ve seen about him on here. It was really bad so I started panicking. Soon, he was finished and I looked in the mirror and was SO HAPPY with what I saw! They are now even and I’m quite happy with them. Only $ 10 too! Definitely worth it.
