Love the spinach pies! Falafel sandwich is good, and a great size. Will be back to try more things on the menu!

Delicious! Nice airy space with a cute front patio. Helpful staff. Do not do what we did and get the mezza platter and sandwiches because we all left totally stuffed and still with leftovers :-) Great smoky baba ghanouj. Falafel was flavorful and not dry like at some places. Delicious lamb kabob and beef and chicken shawarma. Just the thing before a little stopover at Trillium and a walk in the Blue Hills.

Food is delicious! We tried the hommus and falafel for an app, both fresh and tasted great. For my main I got a cauliflower wrap and it was seasoned well. Had a good mix of fresh veggies with the roasted cauliflower. Very good! My friends had the shrimp kabob plate and chicken shawarma plate– both ate every bite! Staff was friendly and quick. Great spot!

I’ve been here numerous times and they’ve yet to dissapoint. The chicken kabob and chicken Shawarma are fantastic. Then portions are huge and everything tastes like it is made fresh. I really enjoy their vegetarian grape leaves and their pita chips are a great snack.

Simply WOW! I found myself driving through Canton Center last weekend with an empty stomach, and the Grape Leaf caught my eye. I was skeptical at first, but the décor outside is what pushed me to try their food. I was helped by the waiter/cashier Chris, and he was generous enough to tell me about the history of Lebanese cuisine and even went out of his way to recommend several tasty dishes. Seriously, a true Gentleman! I decided to settle on the Chicken Shwarma, with a side of Falafel. Both dishes were made deliciously, and both were offered in big servings. Upon finishing my delicious and well crafted dish, I decided to settle on some more etiquette cuisine. This led me to try their o-so delicious kebabs. The kebabs were seasoned to perfection, and made my mouth tingle with joy, and happiness. If you want to try the best Lebanese cuisine outside of Lebanon, I suggest you try the Grape Leaf.

The food is light not greasy. I like the falafel plate. I also had the spinach pie which was fantastic and fair priced . Why did I give it a 3 star you ask. using uncle Bens rice is not a good idea(bland and no flavor). With the plate I had chicken but the portion was no where enough to be satisfied. The rice conquered the plate which was a little bit overwhelming. I would be back for the spinach pies

You select prepared foods from a display case, including fried foods. It was only OK, at elevated prices. Maybe the food is fresher at lunch — we went for dinner. Better choices include The Chicken Kabob(everything, including falafel, cooked to order; huge portions) and The Feisty Greek(recollection from a year ago).

Found my self in Canton and just was driving by looking for a place to eat. I was drawn in by the beautiful décor. The food was PHENOMENAL! Hummus is home made and the Tabouli Salad with Chicken is worth driving 30 miles to come back for…

I’m not a fan of this type of food, especially when it comes to take out. I usually prefer pizza or subs, but this gem has changed me. Chicken shwarma all day its so good. The shanklish is great too. always have to get the garlic toum paste with my order too, it’s unreal. Definitely our newest and favorite take out and delivery spot, we’re up to one-to-twice a week now. This may be a problem…

The food is very yummy here! I shared grape leaves, meat pie and falafel apps with a friend on our lunch break. The service was quick and they were very nice. They even do take out! I will be going back especially when it gets warmer because I’d love to enjoy some Mediterranean food outside on their outside deck.

First things first: I’d give this 3.5 stars, if half-stars were a go on Unilocal. I was eager for The Grape Leaf to open and have eaten there a number of times. Pros: The food is very tasty, the restaurant is clean, the outdoor dining(in nice weather) is much-appreciated, and the staff is friendly. Cons: Lack of clarity about ordering, bussing tables, etc. The Grape Leaf would greatly benefit from better signage: Do you clear your own table, or leave it there? What’s the free wi-fi password? Overall, I recommend the Grape Leaf.(Try my favorite dish: the baba ganoush!)

I have now eaten at the Grape Leaf several times. As a local resident, I am very excited to see this place open. The food itself is delicious. I’d give it 4 stars. I often have Lebanese food and found this place to be very, very good. However, I deducted a bit in my rating because, for the prices, I would expect larger portions. For that matter, compared to other local Middle Eastern restaurants, their prices are high. I am directly comparing to To Beirut in Norwood. I also deducted because I am sadly irked that they serve dine-in patrons in takeout containers. I find«fake out» really cheesy. And, if a restaurant is going to do that, at least serve in recyclable containers. I’m conscious of how much waste takeout in general produces and, because of the lack of recyclable containers, I’m unlikely to give them as much business as I hoped. I hope they might make some improvements to truly become a stellar local establishment. I’d like to see them succeed!

I had eagerly anticipated the opening of this new restaurant right in Canton Center. I was really expecting a much more high end dining experience given the sign that said«Fine Mediterranean Cuisine». To me, that conjures up images of white table linens and candles. So, I was disappointed when I saw a Pepsi machine in the dining room and what looked more like a take out counter. I also thought that there would be more options from around the Mediterranean, but they pretty much only have Lebanese food. However, I did give the food a try and it was excellent! I was really impressed with the kibbe, especially the pumpkin kibbe. I also enjoyed the fatoush salad. The spinach pies left something to be desired, but perhaps I am unfairly comparing them to Greek spanakopita. I will be back and try some more of their options. I ended up getting take out, since the dining area is not particularly inviting(although the outdoor patio is nice). It would be nice if this was a more formal restaurant, but I am really impressed with the food and will definitely be back for more take out. A welcome addition to the neighborhood!
