. The service is pretty good, and the games are in awesome condition and will 99.9 percent work. They have an amazing variety of games, and really stands out with other game stores.

They have everything from Atari 2600 to PS4 and vinyls and movies. If you want compete games go to the Exchange if you want disc only go to gamestop. By the way don’t trade your games in because it’s an insult. If you want some games you better bring a wallet full of money because it’s pricy. For a ps2 they want $ 70,NES $ 85,N64 $ 85, Gamecube $ 60 it’s ridiculous!

*I had one really bad experience at this store. I had two games to return, the total being $ 40. I had gotten the games on October 15^th and returned them November 15^th (I never had time to drive all the way to Belden till that day). The return policy is 30 days, which is fine by me. Except the man there told me that since there was nothing wrong with the games and it’s «highly discouraged» to return the games on the last day that I can (like that should matter), he had to charge me a 25% restocking fee over the normal 15% fee. I walked out of the store with $ 29 for two games that equaled $ 40, even though the return policy said 30 days (which I was still covered by) Unbelievable, the guy literally has to walk 15 steps to take the games back to the shelf, definitely not worth $ 10.
The sad thing is, I really like this store. It’s got a lot of cool retro movies, video games and tv shows for sale from a variety of decades. The staff is also SUPER nice and always willing to help, which is always welcome. It’s very clean and orderly inside too. There’s so much memorabilia and what not, but I would recommend shopping around before going here. That way, you aren’t charged for bogus fees like a $ 10 restocking fee if you ever have to return something. If their company got rid of that (or you know you won’t return something from there) then I would highly recommend the store.
