I was sitting here for an hour and twenty minutes before I got my food… This place may have good food but the wait was completely unacceptable! I used to love coming here, but I will not come to this location again.

Having been here many times, I can honestly say… its just not that great. Its never been that great and I don’t think all of a sudden they are going to revamp their food and now be great. Their food isn’t awful. Its just not… great. With all the breakfast places in the area… I don’t how we end up here so much. Probably because they are not ever all that busy… eeek.

My family visited this place twice. First time was so-so. After the second time we won’t be back. Ever. The second time we were seated somewhat quickly. Then the wait begin. It took forever to order. I’m not sure where our waitress was. Then the food arrived. After our waitress was done spilling syrup over the floor we finally got to eat. The food is bland. It’s dorm cafeteria food with a bigger price tag. Really unremarkable. Almost inedible, but not dog food. When we were finished no one would take our bill. Our waitress could not be found. I finally had a manager settle our bill. No apology. The real surprise came when the charge on my credit card posted. The waitress had inflated her tip! Unbelievable! I’ve NEVER had that happen before. Good thing Chase was able to sort out that nonsense. Not only is the service dreadfully slow, but the staff is uncaring and untrustworthy. The food is bland too. On a positive, at least no one got sick. Needless to say we won’t be back!

Service was pretty lackluster but the food was delicious. My table ordered pancakes, omelettes, and griddles. I personally got the crab cake benedict which tasted fresh. The egg was a bit overcooked for my liking(who else loves watching eggs ooze??). I tried the Westgate and it was very delicious. My sister totally demolished that dish. It’s pretty busy on a Sunday morning but this is a great brunch option in the area!

Disappointing breakfast place, many far better alternatives. Food was tasteless, Luke warm and over-priced.

Had breakfast Easter Sunday food was so so. Pricey for the food served. Just go to a regular coney place. You get the same food for much less money.

Good place for breakfast, brunch and lunch. This is our third time here. There are wonderful choices for traditional to adventurous foodies.

I always order the crab cake benedict because I love poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and seafood but alas, my poached eggs are never cooked correctly. I’ve never had them be runny… they usually end up coming out over hard. That being said, the rest of it is delicious(thus the reason I order it so much!). I did order the open faced sandwich last time and my hollandaise sauce had begun to separate, leaving me with a buttery mess that still tasted pretty good. I did have a hair in my food but that happens from time to time and they comped my meal, no problem.

Not bad. Slightly expensive compared to my usual brunch place– omelette and waffle café. Decent service.

Initially, Scrambler Marie’s became a new favorite breakfast spot. I really enjoy the Glass City skillet and the breakfast croissant sandwich. On the other hand, the pancakes have no taste. My husband loves pancakes but refuses to eat them here. He also doesn’t feel well everytime after we’ve eaten here so we don’t frequent anymore. The customer service is below par at best. Although they offer delivery, they never seem to be delivering the day you call. There is also a $ 25 or they refuse to deliver. Carry out orders have been wrong on a few occasions too. The pricing is a little expensive for the portion sizes. I would much prefer to go to IHOP.

I couldn’t tell why this place had such a low rating. The place was packed and we had a 30 minute wait. Our waitress was nice, caring and took good care of us. I had the eggs benedict and it was my first time. I loved them, I just didn’t get full. I don’t know if it’s my huge appetite or if the the portion was just a little small. No matter, it was fantastic and I would definitely come back here.

Very good breakfast place. This is my back up place for breakfast, first we went here because we had a coupon. But we are a regular here. They have very good variety, amazing coffee, fresh OJ. There is nothing special bout this place but a good regular breakfast. Cooked how it should be. Mostly we order omelets(very good), pan cakes(above average), Benedict(good).

This is my go-to for a nice breakfast in Canton. They have a large menu that goes beyond the usual eggs and toast script. I really enjoy their pancakes and their skillets. All of the servers I’ve had have been great; friendly and fast service. My only complaint would be that they need to spend a little more time on maintaining the restaurant and keeping it clean.

I don’t know why everyone else had a bad experience but I have been wanting to go to this place for about a year and kept driving past it so I finally went today and I must say that whoever cooked my food deserves an award. As I walked in this place was very clean and the staff was very friendly, they instantly brought water and glasses to the table. I then ordered coffee and it wasn’t overbearing, I then ordered the«Westgate» and when it arrived it had 2 over easy eggs on top filled with lots of spice and flavor with Jalapenos, Chorizo, potatoes and much more, the skillet was full of spice, flavor and juices that I had to take my hoodie off just to eat it lol. This is by far one of the BEST breakfasts I have had in a LONG time at a sit down restaurant. The restaurant itself is very clean and tables were all clean, the bathrooms r very well taken care of. I would definitely come here again just to eat the Westgate again. It was exactly what I crave for the mornings.

This place is way better than some have rated! And I base it on what is now multiple visits with tasty food and consistently happy service ALWAYS delivered. Stopped today for breakfast — veggie omelet, sourdough toast, side of fruit, hot tea. Everything was warm and yummy. Side of fruit was a nice mix. Unlimited tea refills and tea choices. At first, I thought the prep was taking a bit more time than it should — but then the waitress brought all but the toast and said she was redoing the toast since it was burnt. If someone takes that care with just toast, imagine the care and quality! Scrambler is a chain, but at this place, it feels like the neighborhood family diner where everyone knows your name. Norm!

I’ve had great experiences here. Food is standard, but I love the selection(different kinds of benedicts, omelettes, croissant options, pancakes with many topping choices, skillets & convenient mini skillets). For me, service has always been better than average & nothing has been dirty– I get weirded out by even the smallest things, like water rings, but haven’t noticed anything bad at The Scrambler. I like that they give you a carafe of water. I think their coffee is awesome, & their thick cut bread is a must have. I always forget & order an English muffin & then end up stealing my boyfriend’s! There are tons of diners to get breakfast around here, & this is better than most. It’s usually pretty crowded too, though staff is thorough & quick to seat you; I was surprised that there aren’t better reviews!

This was a disappointment to say the least. For a place who specializes in breakfast and brunch, one would think they can make a decent effort in making the food palatable. And really, with the name of Scrambler’s, and their logo being of eggs; could one please cook the eggs to completion before serving them to the table? The scrambled eggs were quite runny, and when sent back to the kitchen to be fixed, all they did was throw them in the microwave for 30 seconds and delivered back to the table, on the same plate. Order also was to have dry toast, which came to the table soggy with margarine. Was hoping to enjoy a nice breakfast, and couldn’t stomach the contents that came to the table. So unfortunate.

Our 2nd time here for after church brunch. The parking lot was full but we were able to get seated right away at 12:45p on a Sunday. A carafe of water is at the table immediately and coffee is brought in a carafe as well so I can refill as needed. I tried their blue crab cake eggs Benedict and it was fantastic. You can tell the crabcakes are homemade and not frozen. My GF got a very fluffy western omelette that was too big to finish and her son had a kids portion of chocolate chip pancakes that was big enough for us all to taste test. Hershey chocolate chips made it super tasty. Not sure what the negative reviews are all about as our service was timely during a busy rush and we did not feel like we waited too long. Lost a star due to Luke warm hashbrowns and they did not get the entire breakfast out at the same time.

I was referred here by a friend of mine, thinking I’d be avoiding the slow service that comes along with going to somewhere like Bob Evans. Boy, was I wrong. We were sat quickly upon entry, and were given water and a carafe of water to go along with it. There were not many tables in the restaurant when we got there. It took a very long time to be greeted/asked for our order. Another table was sat nearby, and they appeared to get faster service(with the same server). A long time passed for us to get our order. A party of two. With an easy breakfast order, nothing that should take over 10 minutes to prepare. Such a long time had passed, that we noticed the table who came in after us, who ordered after us, had already received their breakfast order and had been eating it for about 5 – 10 minutes before our food came out. My waffle was not warm, butter just kind of stuck to it as opposed to melting. It had been out of the waffle iron for a while– as it was impossible to cut. Our server was friendly, but didn’t check on us. After our long wait for our food, we took out our credit card and placed it on the table to signal we were ready to cash out when the server walked by. Sadly, the server was missing, and for a while. We finally got cashed out and were able to leave. We were there an hour for some eggs and a waffle. No drink refill. Based on the variance of the reviews on this place, it appears that depending upon when you dine and the staff that’s working that day– you may have a good or a very bad experience.
