Lane Bryant

I base this review on my visit Wednesday, I forgot to check in. Today I would give service a 2.5−3.
On Wednesday I set out to find some outfits for my wife to wear to a wedding. With her work schedule it is too much for her to try and do after work as she doesn’t have a set ending time.
I believe my salespersons name to be Alyssa. I explained to her what I was hoping to do and she immediately started probing for answers to help her help me. I ended up leaving with three outfits and very satisfied with the care she gave me, the time in and out of the store and suggestions she made regarding returning for size or exchange.
Alyssa showed a passion for her job and a great willingness to help the poor old husband take care of his wife.
Today I returned most of what I bought due to fit of item or my wife didn’t like. Charlotte was my cashier and I say this because there wasn’t any salesmanship displayed today. I entered an empty store and was followed in by two others needing to pay their accounts down. The return process started in the register but Charlotte was working alone while the manager was tending to something in the back room. So I went to find the items I needed and returned to the counter. Once it was my turn again I asked about the steamer and if the Reds could be steamed of the wrinkles. Yes of course was a great answer but it wasn’t turned on nor filled with water so I had to sit and wait for it to be readied then for the process which was interrupted many times as other customers wanted to pay but the manager was busy speaking with a representative of upper management and I guess that was more important than serving their guests. It was a very different experience than what I encountered yesterday.

I usually don’t come to Lane Bryant for clothes since they’re so pricey, but they do send a lot of coupons which could make for some pretty spectacular deals when used with their clearance section. Pretty average prices when combined with their regularly priced stock, though. They have a lot of sales, so I recommend checking them out anyway!
What I do come here for is their bras (and matching panties). Their semi annual sale (buy two, get two free) is like a party in my lingerie drawer. Seriously, for a busty girl like me, that kind of deal for a bra is so incredibly hard to come by. They always have a great selection, and when they don’t have what I want, I go online and have it shipped to the store for free.
The staff has been consistently friendly, their store is organized, and it’s in a super convenient location!

Love this location staff are so helpful I drive extra 20 minutes to this store when i live in Westland. Huge collection of cacique bras, underwear, n slenderizing garments. Huge selection of tops, jean, skirts, dresses. Many rack of clearance items always.
