Kroger You just lost my business. Since you are now REQUIRING people who use cards(that are credit/debit linked together) to use their PIN. I don’t like to use my PIN anywhere except the bank. It is not secure. So, due to the fact that your company will no longer process my card(s) the way I feel safest, you have lost our business. I hope others who read these reviews will realize that using your PIN anywhere and everywhere puts you at risk. Which is not worth it!

Their pharmacy employees get confused sometimes and do not give you your prescriptions.

Great store but they do not have enough employees and the some of the ones they do have are not very helpful. The shopping cart returns are always full and running over and people backed down the isles waiting to check out. Seems like they have a management problem. It seems to be getting worse.

This is one of the nicest Krogers I’ve been to as far as cleanliness and space, but I find the layout pretty confusing. It’s almost *too* big and some of the product locations don’t make sense to me. Then again, I’m easily lost and confused and kind of an idiot when it comes to grocery shopping. I’m that person going back and forth from one end of the store to the other because I have no clue where anything is. So maybe I shouldn’t even be writing this review. They have a Starbucks inside and a nice little seating area with free wifi. My laptop never connects at Kroger Starbucks stores, though, which is kind of a bummer. I’ve got a little bit of a negative bias against this store because of something that happened earlier this summer. I went to grab a few things some time after 8 p.m. and I was cornered by a solicitor. A guy, about my age(23), was«selling magazines.» I’d actually been scammed before by a similar company so I did my best to say no. I should have been more firm, I guess, but he was FOLLOWING me around the store, asking me personal questions, and hitting on me. There were no employees in sight(it seems like there are never any around) and I’m so paranoid I thought if I got him in trouble he might follow me out to my car or something. I ended up giving him $ 20 just to go away. You’d think Kroger might try to pay a little more attention to who’s coming into their store!

The Kroger in Hickory Flat should close their doors or EMPLOY a person who actually is a MANAGER. Checkers are DUMB and do not know how to run a register. People working in the store does not know where anything is ANDITISDIFFICULTTOFINDANYTHINGTHEWAYTHESTOREISARRANGED. PRODUCE does NOTLOOKFRESH. I had rather pay more for a clean, Helpful and better run operation. This organization should look at this store it is AVERAGE at the BEST… Get your act together or let another operation move in your location that can serve the are. Canton, GA

Great store layout but I’ve purchased rotten produce that look okay on the outside every time and of date/expired products are on the shelves. Check everything here as there seems to be little quality control here. Half the staff is okay/friendly and half are miserable and down right mean spirited. In the past 3 weeks I’ve purchased produce that looks okay on the outside but when I get it home it’s rotten. I’ve purchased dried rosemary only to find it was 1 year past it’s expiration date. Tortillas were 1 month past their expiry date as well. There seems to be no quality control at this store. Oranges — Green Mold on the Bottom Peppers — Black Mold throughout the Package. Pre-Packaged Boxed Salad — Black Mold throughout. After the 3rd time of bringing rotten produce home — I made a round-trip to the store to show the manager. He was apologetic and offered me a refund plus a $ 20 Kroger gift card — which I thanked him for. When I pointed out the issue with the pre-packaged salads however he was dismissive and said that’s how they come from the warehouse everyday and they are fresh. I don’t agree. It seems as if their warehouse is sending them bad stuff or they don’t care. Not sure. I really like the store and the brands here but there is something really wrong here with quality control. No one is checking things here.

Went here to fill up my gas tank. It was cheaper than the place across the street even before I got my 10 cent/gallon discount. Only downside is that the way out is a pain to get to.

This is one of the nicer Krogers in the area, they have a very nice deli and bakery in addition to a Starbucks inside. The staff at the Starbucks are hit and miss. They aren’t bad per se, they just don’t seem that interested some times although there is one girl in there that is real nice. Like I said earlier, this is a really nice Kroger so of course they charge a little more for their items. However, we have gotten some good deals on meat in here, especially chicken. It’s a nice place to pop into if you need some fill in items that other stores don’t carry but their prices aren’t competitive enough for me to be a regular shopper here.

I recently came back from a two month visit to Canton, GA — only five minutes away from this Kroger. My picky eater grand-daughter had fallen in love with Red Velvet cakes, I took a chance on buying one from this Kroger, and not only was it LARGE and good looking — it was reasonably priced, and DELICIOUS! I plan to call them soon, from Florida, to order one for her December birthday — I only wish they could deliver!

This is the Walmart of Kroger’s! It is very large and has more than the average Kroger. The entire middle section has kitchen appliances. The store is cleaner than other Kroger’s I have been in. It will be sad to one day live far far away from this Kroger =(

Good morning! Today I needed a cake for a colleague’s birthday. At 8:20AM. I arrived at the bakery at this Kroger. I stood in front of the bakery counter for about 2 min before I checked the time. Nobody seemed to want to help me. 5 min l later for a total of 7, I went to Publix. They helped me right away. Was I invisible? scary? Did I look like a religious zealot? Did I smell bad? Didn’t like my haircut? Hate Irishmen? Were my pants unzipped? Did I look like I had a bed credit rating? raised by whores? Did my nose need wiping? All of the above?

This Kroger Store just opened about a week ago and it’s HUGE! Someone told me that this store is the biggest Kroger in the U.S. and I believe them. The variety of products is mind boggling. Being new, the store is spotless and the employees are friendly. My experience with Kroger in general is that they tend to be a bit shabbier than Publix, but this store will give Publix a run for their money. This store also has a gas station which is nice. Definitely a nice place to shop.
