This place is ho-hum which is unfortunate because it has a ton of potential. Canton is full of chains and had very few dives or locally owned spots, but this one is and could be great. The issue really is that it doesn’t have anything special about it(other than the pool tables). The food isn’t bad, but it’s a bit more expensive than I look for in a sports bar, and there aren’t a ton of cheap bar foods(the appetizer kind). Their beer selection is good, but again, pricing is a bit high. They do have specials, but I’ve found them underwhelming, probably because the price of things on special are what the prices should normally be. I don’t dislike Bailey’s, and it’s probably one of the better options in the area, but they really should reevaluate themselves.

I’m here right now watching the pay per view fight. I would be drinking, but I haven’t seen my waitress in a while. She didn’t know what was on tap anyways, and said that there are lists, but not very many. I just went with an Oberon because I assumed they would have that, and they did. I finished it about 10 minutes ago. This place needs to get it’s act together, and do some training. This is costing you money. I’m going to finish watching this fight, and get another beer if she ever comes back. Either way, I won’t be back.

My sister-in-law«won» two hours of free pool, some appetizers etc… I have to say the service was by far the best part of the evening. HOWEVER… not long after arriving, a little league baseball team arrived and took over the room we were seated in. The unruliness and the screaming were completely ignored by the parents as well as the staff. We could not have a conversation due to the noise. As we were playing pool, we were bumped into repeatedly by the numerous children wielding pool cues. We finally left when it was apparent that no one seemed to care that these kids were out of control and essentially unsupervised. This place is pathetic. There’s a reason they have to give stuff away to get people in there. I will definitely NOT be back.

Since Max and Ermas’s closed, I have been going to Baileys for trivia. As I mentioned in previous reviews, the service has been slipping. Tonight, it was deplorable. I ordered two drinks and an appetizer. When we got our receipt, I noticed my two drinks weren’t listed. I informed the waitress of HER mistake and instead of getting a thank you, I got a roll of the eyes and a a separate receipt for the drinks. I have no problem adding them up to figure out the proper amount, but the fact that was no appreciation for being honest, I was treated for as an inconvenience for not cheating her out of money, is disgraceful. I contacted Bailey’s and spoke to a manager. He said he would talk to her. Yeah, right.

Ok. So we have been here many years for St. Pattys. Really enjoyed their corned beef cabbage. This year. first year 10 $ per head … what hell. no live band. and get this… no special menu. What we were told is the 10 $ paid for 2 $ special drafts and irish car bombs. Ok. but I wanted food… nothing different than a Thurs night. Our party left a great place for a memory. do not come!!!

I like Bailey’s. There was a huge renovation in the past couple years, and it looks pretty nice. Interesting cocktails. It was busy, the fight was on. There are three rooms, but during PPV showings, they block off the rooms with a curtain. There’s a cover charge if you want to watch PPV. Cipi, our server, was very nice. My husband got a beer, I got a Coke, and we split chicken quesadillas. These were surprisingly good! There are a few drinks I’d like to try on the cocktail menu. We’ll return.

Disappointed by a number of things. Food tasted okay, but the fries are definitely not Parmesan – so don’t expect that to be true. The happy hour situation was confusing. My beer(which normally costs a dollar?) ended up being twice as much – which would be fine if that was clear up front and the only thing I had to complain about.

What a great surprise after reading other reviews, first time here and would visit again, went there with a large group and service was very quick and professional I ordered the chicken quesadilla cooked to perfection, everyone had a good time with good food.

I think it’s a bit pricey for pool.9 an hour but the food is good, atmosphere is great for parties and large groups. Last time we were there they offered free beer pong, they have a plethora of beer and decent menu.

We visited Baileys on the evening of Black Friday with a large group of friends and family(20+ people). We had some concerns about this establishment due to the low ratings and reviews so we didn’t go in with high expectations. We were greeted and brought to a large back room with pool tables and video games and plenty of seating. Our AMAZING server Cipi not only kept us hydrated and fed, but was able to keep track of separate tabs, remember who ordered what and get it to the correct person(we were mingling around the room), get our bills correct and she did it all with a smile on her face. She was spot on. WAYTOGOCIPI! On to the food. …it was great! High reviews on the chicken fingers, fish and chips, and quesidillas. I didn’t hear any complaints about any of the other food orders. That being said, our group had an amazing evening at Bailey’s and we appreciate their hospitality.

I would go here on Sunday’s during football season since the team I root for is not on local Detroit TV. It was convenient, and never got too packed which is nice as I just wanted to have a beer or two and watch the game. They always had good beer selection which was nice. I got the wings a few times, and they were pretty good. There is a Cleveland Browns backers section so if service is slow sometimes this is why. I can understand though as this is where most of their revenue is coming from during those 3 hours. Overall — decent. Not great, but not terrible.

I come in here a few times a month and their beer selection is pretty good. Over 35 craft beers on tap with plenty of large TVs. The staff is friendly and outgoing, the new remodeling is great and refreshing. I’ve only had the tenders and fish and chips and they were pretty damn good– recommend this bar for sure… By the way, the bartender Brittany(long brown hair with bangs) is extremely pleasant and fantastically professional. She is uttering quick efficient and perfect. Baileys is lucky to have such an amazing asset. I highly recommend this location if u want awesome beers and great service.

I went here for my birthday party for a paint night. The waitstaff was wonderful. They were very attentive. I didn’t eat anything since I was busy with drinks. The chocolate cherry martini is AWESOME! It didn’t have any of those fake flavors that you sometimes taste in martini’s. It was very rich and flavorful, so I had quite a few. I would like to go back and check this place out for dinner with a friend.

I used to like going here until they changed to there new menu The food we got, chicken tacos, and a pastrami sandwich amounted to nothing more than HOSPITALGRADE quality. Nothing more to be said… save your money and go across the street to Wendy’s. Service has always been very friendly, but I do not care how cute the girl is, you cannot put lipstick on a pig.

Downgrade. Two thumbs down on the new menu changes. Substitutions are harder. They’ve gotten rid of a few of the things that were my «staples.» The buffalo chicken wrap is gone. The cobb salad is gone. The hawaiian chicken is gone. Booooooooooooooooo!!!

The place is in my neighborhood, but this was our first experience. We really appreciated the openness of place and sports pub feel. Decent food and friendly staff etc… This place worked for me… Easy, unassuming, clean and local. We will be back soon.

Baileys was a great find! Thanks to all of my fellow Unilocalers for the good advice. I went in on a Saturday early evening, not too packed. There was actually a wedding reception going on, so that was fun to watch! I sat at the bar and Kelly to GREAT care of me. I decided on a sampling of individual appetizers. 1. Pretzel Dunkers. Extremely good, especially with the horseradish mustard queso! 2. Ultimate Nacho’s with chicken & chili. Big enough for two people to make a whole meal out of! VERY tasty. Love the multicolor chips. It was lacking salsa and guac though. 3. Boneless buffalo wings. I went outside what I would normally order and had them with«hot honey» sauce. YUM!!! They were so lightly breaded I wasn;t sure if they were at first. Great Flavor and a good size portion for an appetizer. The staff was friendly(not to mention HOT!), the place was clean and new. Lot’s of TV’s everywhere. Methinks this will be a new«go to» place for me!
