Would not recommend. I called a guy to look at my hot tub. He showed up an hour after scheduled time (understandable, but I took the day off from work). He diagnosed the problem accurately and he was very knowledgeable about the hot tub. However, when quoting the repairs, he threw out numbers for pumps and heating elements from the top of his head. 50−75% of the cost was going to be labor ($ 450 for a pump, found it online for $ 150-​$ 200, heating element upcharged about $ 200 – 300 for labor…). I paid him his «service call» fee and we parted ways. I called another company and was able to get the same parts & installation for $ 600 cheaper. No thanks.
